The location was very convenient, the condo was very clean and comfortable.But, the front desk personnel is what stood out for me, from check in to check out they were excellent!!

Only a few minutes walk from gondola, very convenient. Property is very nice and clean

First time staying in Avon as we found this property and although the location is great especially for the price. The whole condo is severely outdated. Everything from the furniture to the utensils in the kitchen.

Centrally located and nice location

This was a nice property located close to everything. The only frustrations were the check in process. Details said that front desk was open until 8. We arrived at 5:10 and desk was closed, had to drive to another location to check in then drive back. We checked the kitchen on the listing to make sure there was a blender as I had a medical procedure and could only have non-solid food. Started making a smoothie and everything leaked all over the counter - the blender was missing a gasket and was unusable. Wouldn't have normally been a big deal but with a medical situation, it was frustrating. Home was very hot (we had very high temps, even for the mountain areas) and hard to keep cool, so had to use all the fans and ended up moving to the fold out closer to the sliding door to get cool air at night. All in all a fine stay, but was hoping for better.

Killer location!

Steps to the gondola, walkable to all the good restaurants and such in the BC area, covered parking, ski storage, easy in/out...this place has everything and more that you need to get the most out of your trip to BC. Will definitely stay here again.
