Four bedrooms each with King beds, Serta Icomfort mattress and three full baths. Cathedral ceiling living room has huge windows to enjoy beautiful views. The dining room offers seating for 8 and opens to outdoor living with covered area and deck. Great for grilling and eating outside. Separate TV room offers a place to recline and relax.

The Kitchen offers island seating and is equipped with double oven, stove top, dishwasher and lots of amenities to enjoy your stay. Inner courtyard is a great place to start the day with a cup of coffee.

Brew your coffee or use the Keurig.

This property is perfectly located in the Chapel area. It is convenient to the shops and dining in the Village of Oak Creek as well as Uptown and 89A. Easy access to great hiking. Beautiful red rock views. Enjoy!

Sister trip

My 3 sisters and I all enjoyed our stay at the cougar house. Four bedrooms for king size beds all very comfortable. Plenty of space. The location of the property is a quick drive to all hiking trails and sights we wanted to see in the Sedona area. The views from the house weren’t quite as expected, but a quick walk in the neighborhood allowed beautiful views of the named rock formations in the area.

Fantastic Getaway

Great house with stunning views and the most comfy beds! Clean, well equipped and lots of space. We enjoyed wine in the evening on the front patio looking up at Bell Rock. Would definitely go back!

Christmas Family Vacation

Perfect house for our Christmas family vacation. Oversized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen, tv room, and family room (even had a Christmas tree!) Great neighborhood, quiet and close to everything. Easy check in and out process with great communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful

Beautiful property in a great neighborhood and near downtown Sedona. It was decorated for Xmas complete with a tree. Lots of supplies and regular coffee. Great stay.

Thanksgiving get away

Location was wonderful and this was the best stocked vrbo house we have ever stayed in. Loved that it had so many extra's like kitchen supplies that you don't always remember to bring. Response from the owner was fast and efficient, problem solved. Great stay.

Awesome trip

The cougar house was magnificent. We had eight of us, and all the accommodations were as listed. There's so much to do in Sedona. The house is fully equipped. Recommend to anybody verycomfortable

Great Family Getaway

House was perfect for communal gatherings while still having lots of personal space. Outdoor spaces were wonderful, especially for watching sunrise and sunset over Cathedral rock. We even had a perfect view of a comet one night, as well as a full moon. Great hiking every day with lots of good restaurants nearby.

Thoughtful and Spacious

This spacious home has comfortable gathering areas, a well-stocked kitchen and two outdoor sitting areas with views of the beautiful red rocks and the ability to star-gaze in a quiet, ‘dark sky’ type of neighborhood. Each bedroom has a fan to supplement the AC should you need it. There are even nightlights throughout the home and labels on the switches. Very thoughtful. The location is great, out of the sometimes crazy traffic of town, but close enough to get there easily. We could choose from a variety of hike trails within 20 minutes of the house. If you have the time don’t miss the beautiful scenic drive up & back to Flagstaff (maybe taking in the Walnut Canyon National).

Beautiful home with views

Location location location. The home was spacious & had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The views are bar none & so close to The Chapel of the Cross, among other amazing sights. We loved our morning coffee on the back patio and in the evenings we could sit on the front patio or hang around in one of the several sitting areas laughing while playing board games. Great host.

Clean, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Great location. King size beds were great. It was very relaxing to just sit outside after a long travel day.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our time at the Chapel. Very conveniently located to many of the Sedona trails, allowing us to drive less. Lisa was very responsive to any questions and the beds were the most comfortable we ever slept in for a VRBO home. Definitely recommend this home for an easy family retreat.

Fabulous Cougar House

This home is perfect for a large family or even for couples. We loved that it had four bedrooms that all had king beds. We also loved the fact that it has three full bathrooms. This home has two master bedrooms, which turned out to be very beneficial for us. It really did feel like home. It was clean and cozy. It had absolutely everything we could possibly need for a wonderful week’s stay. I highly recommend this property. The owner was reachable and responsive. Will definitely stay again and again.

Stayed for family vacation, 6 people and we had so much room. The outside areas front and back were both wonderful. Loved sitting outside in the early morning with great views. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Sedona.

Worked Great for Us

We (3 couples) enjoyed the house. it was comfortable and clean. Being able to sit outside in the morning and evening was especially nice. Very quiet neighborhood. Owner was very helpful when we needed help with the television (so we were able to watch the movie, "The Angel and the Badman" which was filmed in Sedona -- many years ago!). Would stay there again.

Great place to stay!

This was a beautiful home with a great location. It had TONS of amenities. Lisa did a great job with having labels on various areas: light switches, cupboards, etc. Also, the outside was great too. The front courtyard and backyard had great views of the red rocks. And, the flowers were a nice touch as well. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We’ll definitely be back and stay here!

very nice property to stay at for family reunions

The property was very convient for getting to the downtown and mountain areas. I would stay there again. Can park an RV and 3 cars. A lot of outside places to sit and a lot of room inside. The hosts were awesome and I would recommend to other visitors.

Loved the Cougar House!

We loved the home and location. We were there to hike and shop. All of our needs were met. A few suggestions would be better marking of all the step inside and out. We had several near falls off the back patio. Some cleaning of the back yard would be nice. There was a lot of dog poop. Also, new pans in the kitchen would be great. Otherwise, all else was great and we hope to return.

We had been visiting Sedona regularly for several years and in 2015 pondered the idea of purchasing a property to enjoy. We wanted a property conveniently located with beautiful views in a peaceful area which offered outdoor living. It took several years to find this property. Since we weren't ready to relocate we liked the idea of sharing the property with others to enjoy. The vacation rental seemed like a great match.
