We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a very convenient Sedona location, making it easy to get to shopping, restaurants, hiking, and all the major sights. The home was very well maintained, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a great home base for exploring Sedona while still feeling peaceful and relaxing when we returned at the end of the day. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Sedona!

Even though many place's were closed because of the fire's my family had an amazing time. Philip was amazing and got back with me every time I texted him. 100% I would book again you just cannot go wrong with this home. The beds was so comfortable as I said you cannot go wrong with renting this home. I paid 300 to have the pool heated and I am so glad I did because even with the morning a bit cold we could use the pool any time and it was perfect.

Beautiful Sedona home situated very close to shops, hiking trails and restaurants. The stunning mountain view from the living room is everything! The house has multiple areas to congregate and enjoy time with friends and family. We especially enjoyed the shaded area below the deck for afternoon board games. Overall, a beautiful home in a perfect location. I would rent again in a heartbeat

Absolutely breathtaking views from so many areas of the house! The views and location were fantastic. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we could’ve needed. We counted three wine fridges in the house! The pool and hot tub were lovely. We happened to visit Sedona during a period of lots of rain and thunderstorms, which made the pool quite dirty. One quick text to Phil solved it! He sent the pool company over to get everything cleaned up right away. Phil in general was a great host! Very speedy with communication and replies, both through the VRBO app and texting.I give the place 10 out of 10! I’ve already asked about coming back, we loved everything about the house.

Our stay at that house was great for my family and our friends: big house with separate casita is roomy for big group, loaded with kitchen supplies, and convenient location. We absolutely enjoyed to spend time in outdoor jacuzzi and heated pool and sit with coffee around cozy patio round table with built in fireplace in a middle of table. We walked around the neighborhood and found a very nice park close to home. Communication with the owner Philip was very easy and he responded in minutes to all my questions. We definitely would like to come back to that house in our next trip.
