This rental was spacious, clean, and so close to the beach that you can hear the waves. The host was very communicative and check in / out was a breeze. This was a wonderful place that we will keep in mind the next time we visit!

Very responsive host. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the screen porch and the ocean view. Easy walk to the ocean.

Exceeded all expectations. Easy beach access that you can walk to. No need to load up sandy kids in a car. Enjoyed hanging out on the screened in porch and deck. Thanks!

Property was very close to beach, great view. Check in & communication with host were great. Home is very spacious, could be cleaned better & kitchen pots, pans need replacing. Host responded quickly.

Beautiful property very close to beach access. Comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Well- equipped kitchen was great as we cooked several meals.

We loved staying here! This location was so convenient, right across the street from the beach access, and we even had ocean views from the screened porch. The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals there, I highly recommend

Everything was very nice. We had one problem that was addressed promptly and taken care of. Lots of room for eight ladies to have an early spring vacation would definitely stay here again.

Nice place!

Spent a few nights here to explore Edisto Beach. Great location with a partial view of the ocean. Very spacious floor plan and good sized bedrooms.

We all loved the space. We had a great time. It was a perfect location a short walk to the beach. We had a lot of room and ample area to relax and visit and enjoy each other‘s company. I would definitely recommend this home as a space to enjoy family friends whatever is happening for you.You’ll love this place

The home was as described. It was very spacious and the layout was great for larger families. Everyone had their own space. We watched the sunrise overlooking the beach from the large screened in room. The beach access was just across the street and easy to just walk back and forth. We will rent this home again.

The photos accurately portray the home, which was clean, open, and bright! We loved walking just across the street to the beach - so convenient! Even the neighbors were nice.

Family Fun

Our family had the best time at Pelican Alley! Plenty of room, all the cookware you need in the kitchen, centrally located and great views for being across the street! We are already talking about booking again next year!

Good location, easy access to the beach. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired (very dusty, mildew smell). The photos are old, there is now a house blocking the beach view.

I’m sure I speak for all homeowners, that we value your comments and also prefer to know immediately on any items are not exceeding guest expectations so we can address same day. With 74 reviews and a 9.8 rating, not 1 prior guest has ever mentioned “mildew” smell, which we take very seriously. I will address “dust” with clean staff today. We also have new pictures scheduled for this fall. We hope you still enjoyed our ocean views, very close proximity to access across street, all while taking advantage of a low $199/night offseason weekday rate. Best Vacation!

My husband and I LOVED Pelican Alley and truly had a wonderful vacation. It was great waking up to that beautiful sunrise from the Master Bedroom and enjoying the peaceful screened in porch in the evenings. Ryan was. Great host and we hope to return in the future!

Birthday Week Girls Trip

I came back to Edisto for the third time for my birthday week. This house was the perfect size for my group. It was right across the beach (and a public beach access) making it quick and simple to get to the beach. The house was clean, the property manager was very responsive, and we loved our stay!

We were very happy with the home. It was perfectly convenient to everything you could possibly want to do. Seeing the ocean from the front porch was awesome!!!!! We would recommend this rental it is absolutely perfect!!!!
