Great location right on the ocean. The house flowed well with plenty of space for our group to eat, play games, talk, and hang out together. Super clean home with comfy beds and 2 great porches to watch for dolphins from. Would definitely return!

This is a gorgeous spot and we were so excited to return for the third time! The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the porch overlooking the beach is amazing. One slight discrepancy we noticed is that it seems like the check-in instructions need to be updated. Otherwise, communication was clear and accurate and we hope to book again for next year!

Our trip was great, but the home not so much. We have stayed here before and never had any issues. This year the porch light didn’t work, kept throwing the breaker. Water coming out of the floor on the first level. Under the porch the house was pulled apart because of a sewer leak and was leaking on the concrete under the house. I feel like the house has not been taking care of as far as maintenance good. Overall trip went fine.

This was the perfect house for our group. Plenty and space and accommodations. The beach access was amazing. We’ve always stayed second row in the past, but the convenience of beach front was well worth it. The place was stocked with everything anyone could need. The only thing that may need to be considered for an upgrade is the grill. It was a great beach week and we will definitely choose this house again.

What an amazing view! The elevator was fantastic to allow my mother to enter and exit the property safely. Both decks were great to view from. Very well stocked kitchen and great views from the living room. Loved the property and how close it was to the water. The location and rooms were exactly what I needed! We will be back hopefully! A few things that could improve. Personal preference, but grab handles in the showers would be great and open the property to more elderly people but that’s just a preference. The property needs a good cleaning. Dust from the light fixtures, dust under the beds (can see it when sun shining in). The entrance code on the VRBO app and the entrance code in the pdf sent are different. Thankfully my wife noticed it was different in the pdf after my 7th or 8th attemptto enter using the code in the app and that’s listed in the kitchen. The two loungers on the top deck are broken. Almost fell backwards once, but that’s probably just a lot of wear from being so close to the ocean and wind. Great location and such a wonderful little town! Will be back to Edisto and I would recommend this location to anyone!

Our host was very helpful with all of our questions. Home was excellent and accommodating to large family gatherings. Beach views are amazing from every window and balcony. Within walking distance to everything.

The house was nicely cleaned! The location was fabulous. Ample room to get together or find a resting spot alone. Great place for a family gather on the beach.

Great Beach House

This place is perfect for 2-3 families. You can set up on the beach just 50’ from the house and walk to the grocery store or a couple restaurants. Will definitely look to rent this place again.

This house was just as described on the VRBO website. Beautiful floor plan, right on the beach with perfect views overlooking the ocean from the deck, well equipped with comfortable patio furniture. Additionally, the kitchen was very well stocked and a few of the “extras” (paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags were very much appreciated.

Fun family getaway

Excellent location with comfortable accommodations, gorgeous ocean views, and so much fun with family. Such a relaxing time away together, and enough space for the entire family to hang out and spread out. Would definitely recommend.
