The fifth bedroom has a separate private entrance. The large front patio is the perfect spot to enjoy the spectacular sunset over Pescadero Point while enjoying a glass of wine and listening to your favorite music through the Sonos speaker system. The 3 level patio on the north side has umbrellas, lounge chairs and outdoor dining which also makes it a perfect spot for enjoying a beautiful sunny pebble beach day.

Enjoy cooking a meal in the state of the art kitchen with a six burner viking range, looking out at an amazing view of the ocean and then enjoy eating in the formal dining room underneath the crystal chandelier imported from Australia.
The sweeping views are truly beautiful, and don't forget to look down to notice the exquisite and extremely unique hardwood floors imported in 1927 from countries all around the world.

Relax in the cozy family room by the fireplace while enjoying the 76" 4k flatscreen tv.

Every room is outfitted with multiple outlets including USB plugs.

5 Star Luxury Pebble Beach Home

Our family booked this Luxurious Pebble Beach house to attend our nephew’s wedding. We knew this location was close to shopping, dining, recreation, beaches, sight seeing, etc. What we did not expect was how AWESOME this home turned out to be. The views of Pebble Beach Golf Links & the Pacific are breath taking. Multiple outdoor spaces provide spectacular vistas & comfortable seating for relaxing outdoors. The grounds are beautiful, secluded, & quiet. When we arrived the property host had homemade chocolate chip cookies waiting on the counter & fresh flowers in numerous rooms. Kristin wrote us a friendly welcoming note & provided a notebook with all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable. She checked in via text a few times just to make sure we had everything we needed. The house has 5 bedrooms with plenty of space for the 8 of us to spread out & sleep comfortably. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels, soap, & shampoo. The primary suite is amazing with sitting area, dressing room, large bathroom, & a great view of Carmel Bay. If you like to cook & dine in you will be hard pressed to find a better kitchen. Gas cook top/griddle, double oven, microwave, plenty of counter space for food prep, large refrigerator/freezer, wide assortment of kitchen utensils,& plenty of dishes. Don’t miss the view from the kitchen sink! If you are looking for a house to rent in Carmel, we recommend you consider the Luxury Pebble Beach property which we rate “5 Star.”

Pebble Beach at your 1st. Door Step

Wow I'm not sure I have enough words to say how beautiful this place was. it was literally incredible, master bedroom windows looked at a three golf holes, carmel bay. Tee box of the 18th hole and the PACIFIC Ocean. We were very lucky that the weather was perfect so we could see the Ocean from the kitchen windows every morning, another WOW. So the house looks just like all the photographs online super beautiful postcards views everywhere but that's not even half the beauty of this house the people that own it and manage it, Kristin and Manni are the beautiful people too, in every aspect/definition of the word beautiful. We had a special anniversary party of six, and had great communications with them and had no issues whatsoever. everything worked it was beautiful.

What a lovely location for access to Pebble Beach, Monterrey and Carmel. The house is absolutely spotless and the host could not be more accommodating. We definitely would stay again.

Dream Home

I’ve described my dream home for years never thinking I’d find an actual home that met all my boxes. The views are phenomenal and you can enjoy it from every room. The house is beautifully updated while keeping to the historical charm of the home. I’m inspired by the decor of the home and felt at home immediately upon arrival. The kitchen was a delight and even impressed the personal chef that came to help us celebrate my husband’s birthday. The children adored the tree house and looking for 4 leaf clovers in the yard…which we found! I feel so blessed to ring in the New Year at Casa Blanca. Beyond the house itself, Kristin and Manni were amazing hosts. Kristin and her daughter made us home made cookies that greeted us upon arrival. The instructions she provided were spot on and was always available for questions. She made my family feel like we were old friends staying over at their house.

Perfect House

Excellent home, beautifully furnished, and perfect for a week-long get-away. Plenty of places to sit, relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. Fully equipped kitchen and luxury appointments throughout. Close proximity to Pebble Beach Resorts and the beaches and coves of 17-mile drive. Can't go wrong with this one!

A Trip to Remember

Where to begin….from the moment you drive up to the entrance of this immaculate property till you are told farewell by the visiting deer, this place is one that is impossible to forget. The incredible views, close proximity to the best sight-seeing, spotless rooms, and the feeling of the ocean breeze on your face while you are cooking in the kitchen, this property provides you with the dream getaway. The only negative is that our stay at this beautiful location went by far too quick. We can only hope to return back soon.

What an amazing place

We had a family trip to Pebble Beach and couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. Kristin was a pleasure to interact with. The house was sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and had a wonderful yard with amazing views to top it all off. We did not want to leave and hope to make it back soon for another visit.

Enjoyable winter break

We had a wonderful time at Kristin’s property. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Kristin was the best host I have experienced, she even made cookies for us. Our kids loved the treehouse at the property. The location is perfect for playing golf at the Pebble Beach.

Nothing Short of Amazing!

I am speechless. My partners and I went to this property for our yearly retreat. We chose this property because it was close to Pebble Beach and Spyglass golf courses. Once we arrived at the property, we were amazed. This property is more of an estate than anything else. From the views to the space to the cleanliness. Kristin was great! We were greeting with a bottle of Champagne to get our retreat started and our experience only got better from there. Kristin made sure that everything we were taken care of and was always responsive, no matter what time I contacted her. I intend to play pebble beach at least once a year and will do everything in my power to make sure I can book this property.

Amazing Trip, Amazing Home!

So lucky to be able to take advantage of this home in this location. The owners were fantastically friendly and communicative. Home is gorgeous, well appointed, and very tasteful. Stated with a group of 9 for an extended family weekend.

Amazing home rental. So beautiful and cozy.

Wow, where do I begin. The house was perfect for our group of 10 adults. Kristin was beyond accommodating before our trip began. She had great advice on where to dine, sites to see, and what to wear. The house is beautiful, cozy, and relaxing. It was our home away from home. The bedrooms were very comfortable and was it was such a treat to sleep at night with the windows wide open and enjoy the fresh crisp air. No bugs at all. The back deck was our favorite place to enjoy drinks before and after dinner while gazing out at the ocean. We enjoyed listening to music over the sound system and stayed out there for hours. Kristin had plenty of cozy blankets to use if needed. We also enjoyed watching The Open on their huge TV. The house was exactly want we needed after visisting busy SF at the beginning of our trip. I can’t say enough about how cozy and relaxing it was. We would definitely book this house again if in the Pebble Beach or Carmel area. Thank you Manni and Kristin for letting us stay at your home. Kristin, you are amazing! Thanks for all your communication and help.

AMAZING STAY! Don't miss out!

I cannot emphasise enough just how WONDERFUL our stay was at Villa Blanca! It was such a beautiful home, inside and out. We had everything we needed, including extra towels, comforters, and Kristin! Kristin! Kristin! She has to be emphasised 3 times because she's just the most wonderful host, she made herself available to us all the time to ensure our stay was comfortable. My kids had an absolute blast especially in the treehouse and helped themselves to the huge supply of board games in the games cupboard. The house itself is beautiful and you can see that Kristin and Manni have put a lot of thought into making their home a comfortable one, with beautiful decor and attention to detail. The bedrooms were spacious and clean, and whilst 2 bedrooms didn't have dark curtains we didn't mind getting woken up by the natural light. It is also in a very convenient location, very close to Pebble Beach Lodge. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

We were drawn to Pebble Beach by the wonderful surroundings ie, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, art galleries, wineries, incredible views and most of all, its proximity to the beaches and ocean. It is close to Carmel... and the very quaint yet bustling Ocean Avenue...!
We love to share our wonderful house with you.

You can walk in just minutes to the Pebble Beach Lodge, the Links at Pebble Beach (one of the most famous Golf courses in the world) plus 5 more Golf Courses, great restaurants and fun shopping in Carmel by the sea. Big Sur is only 24 miles away. The Monterey Bay is an incredible area and offers something for everyone.
