City of Palm Springs ID #3999 This is a spacious one bedroom in downtown Palm Springs with an amazing mountain view from the bedroom. A fully outfitted kitchen with both a drip and Keurog coffee maker. All linens/towels are provided. The bedroom has a king size bed. The sofa in the living room folds out to a queen size sleeper. Bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is no bathtub in this condo. The complex has an amazing pool with two hot tubs as well as two tennis courts, one marked for Pickle Ball. Walking distance to downtown Palm Springs, shopping, restaurants and the casino. Plenty of off street guest parking outside the gates.

Thank you, Mike! You were a gracious host, and we found everything we needed. The oh was in a perfect location, clean, and quiet. Easy to walk to downtown shopping and Restaurants. Would stay there again!

Fantastic condo!!

We met with Mike when we arrived, and he explained Palm Springs rules, etc. and showed us where everything was in the condo. We loved the view from outside balcony, and really enjoyed the tennis courts and pool. Hope to stay here again next year!! We highly recommend this lodging!!

We have stayed at this condo several times and always find it clean and Mike is great to work with. It’s close to grocery stores and downtown.

Comfortable Condo

Condo was very comfortable and could easily accommodate 2 people.Very clean and pleasant small gated condo development. Walkable to grocery store and the main drag in Palm Springs. Did not use the pool but looked inviting.

Good location, Good time!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Biarritz. The room was clean, nicely layed out and the pool and tennis courts we’re very nice. Great location for walking to get most anything you need. I will definitely return.

Great Place

This condo was great! My husband and I had a great experience. The place was exactly as advertised. Mike was an excellent host- we had an issue with the door not unlocking and he was happy to help out even though it was after 10 pm. He was quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

1st time to Palm Springs in a long time...

We had not been to PS in nearly 30 years so really did not have a clue as to which of the many cities to stay in. We chose this particular townhome because we felt that believe close to Palm Canyon Drive and the mountains were where we wanted to be -- and that is exactly where we ended up. Nice place and great location make this a really solid choice...

Scary

The pictures on the website are deceiving. It appears the mountains are very close but in reality there are two very busy roads that are noisy all day long. Across from the patio are two vacant lots. There are homeless people everywhere in that lot. This was my view everyday. The condo was sufficient for two people and nicely decorated. The manager was nice and friendly.

Great place to stay!

This unit was perfect for us. Very clean and in a great location. The bed was super comfortable, there were nice quality towels supplied, and the kitchen was well stocked. The furniture looked all brand new and the unit was nicely decorated. Check -in was easy and Mike even left us a few extra rolls of toilet paper due to the craziness at the supermarkets. The unit is located on a bit of a busy road but the owners supplied a "white noise" machine so we used that and it worked great. It had different noise settings so we chose going to sleep with the sound of crickets chirping every night . (the summer evening setting) haha! Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for our 1st visit to Palm Springs

Had a great time in Palm Springs - and this condo met our needs perfectly. A great location, nice pool area, everything we needed in. Mike was responsive and so easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great get-away.

The complex is located close to the Palm Springs "strip" and was an easy walk to and from all locations we wanted to visit. The complex is well maintained and the unit was in very good shape. There are certainly locations with more amenities and luxury but this was exactly what we were looking for and was a great value.
