In town for a wedding. The property was as listed. Kitchen excellent and well appointed. The dining area was perfect for our dinners. We used the smaller grill on the back patio and it worked well. The beds were very comfortable but the pillows could be replaced. The patio is lovely. All of the sitting areas and living room were comfortable and the fireplace worked well and was cozy to have.The instruction manual was very detailed and complete. The location was perfect.

We loved this place! The views are wonderful and the back and side yards are secluded and quaint. The evening we dined on the back patio, we felt like we were staying at a villa in Europe. We had a deer on the property and wild turkeys on the road. Great kitchen with plenty of pots and pans, etc., however, the cookware was nonstick and not in good shape. Gourmet cooks (and people concerned about damaged nonstick surfaces) may want to bring some of their own cookware. We hope to stay there again!

Such a lovely home with cozy indoor spaces and beautiful outdoor space. I did yoga in the back- it was a fabulous view and nice and cool in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of space for multiple chefs to navigate without bumping into each other. Having a sleeper sofa in the sitting room off the master was great for a kid who couldn’t share a bed with his brother. So glad we had that option.

Nice house. We had a couple of issues, but the property management company handled everything well. There was plenty of space for 8 adults to be together or separate.

What a lovely property!This was a great property for our three generation family gathering. It was very close to activities. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of bathrooms. The rooms were very large to accommodate gatherings around the table or in the living room, watching a movie.There were bears and turkeys in the area. We loved being among some of the wildlife!We messaged the host with a minor problem, and he responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious, clean home. We were very close to town and the hot springs which i highly recommended trying if you've never been.

Lovely home near all the fun!

A beautiful home close to all Glenwood Springs has to offer. Plenty of room to spread out and relax, great kitchen for cooking gourmet meals, and lovely peaceful outdoor space. We took advantage of the nearby trails, bike paths, and the hot springs pool. We had a wonderful stay at Lincolnwood Manor.

We had a great time. The house was just perfect for our group of eight....five adults and three children. The location fit our adventures of Glenwood Caverns and also rafting. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

This was a great place to stay for a large family.

The home was very clean and organized. It had a very open plan allowing for individual space and enjoyment. Great backyard and deck we used to unwind.
