Do you or your family need a ski vacation or summer getaway? Why not spend it in our clean and comfortable 2-bedroom, partial mountain-view condo at the Village at Breckenridge? Our spacious 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom floor plan has 1,150 square feet of space. Our corner unit condo is in the Shavano Building on the 4th floor.

Our condo is a block off of main street and within walking distance from some of the finest restaurants and shopping that Breck has to offer. We are located directly next to the Quiksilver high-speed chair lift at the base of the Peak 9 area.

Our condo comfortably sleeps 4 to 5 and can accommodate 6 to 7 people. The master bedroom has a plush, king-size bed. It also has an 8-drawer dresser as well as a desk & chair. The master bath has a walk-in shower with bench to relax after a long day of skiing or hiking.

The guest bedroom also has a king-size bed along with a bunk bed. The guest bath has a tub shower.

There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space, if needed.

There are flat screen TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room. We have lovingly decorated our condo with all of your creature comforts from home. Treat it as your 'home-away-from-home'. A great place to vacation with family / friends or as a romantic getaway!

Parking is limited to one vehicle only and subject to availability at time of reservation. Please note that parking is NOT guaranteed and is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
(Off-site parking recommendations are available for 2nd vehicle, if needed.)

Please note that our unit does NOT have a washer/dryer. There is a dedicated, credit-card operated laundry room on our floor just 2 doors down the hall from our condo.

Check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am.

Grab this one!

Amazing! This is the place you want! I couldn’t believe how every detail was thoughtful and made our stay that much more delightful! This unit is within steps of the chair lift and ski rental shop. The condo was fully stocked with all your needs. The bedding and towels were of the highest quality. Also, the walking distance to awesome restaurants was perfect. And, the host was so easy to communicate with! I would highly recommend renting this condo!!

GREAT location

Super ideal location for Peak 9 lovers and kids in ski school. No more locker rentals for boots at this place! Just walk back in boots for lunch. Perfect layout for 2 families and kids. Will be back next year!

Terrific Unit in Perfect Location

We stayed here on our first ski trip to Breckenridge and couldn't have been happier. The location is perfect -- steps from a lift and from downtown. (For any newcomers, I wasn't sure if Peak 9 was the right place to base ourselves, and it was a great choice. Easy to get around the mountain and close to great runs.)The unit has everything you could want in the winter, including ski maps and boot warmer, plus a fully kitted out kitchen. And the communication with the owner is top notch. He gave us advice on rentals, shuttles and even runs. I can't recommend it more highly and would absolutely stay here again.

Cute, Convenient and Well Stocked Condo right by the lifts

We enjoyed the convenience of this condo and were impressed with the care the owners obviously take of it. Well stocked kitchen, very clean, every convenience was thought of.

Couldn’t have scripted a better stay in Breckenridge

Our winter visit to Breckenridge was made perfect by Lee and his beautiful home at the Village of Breckenridge. Lee was incredibly communicative before our visit and during. Check-in was a breeze. We were able to park our vehicle in the secured garage and make our way up to the condo without any issue. I kind of itself was everything we expected and more the furnishings are beautiful. The location cannot be beat. We were able to rent skis at Christy’s at the bottom of the building and walk just a few steps further to the Quicksilver lift at the bottom of peak nine. I don’t know that we could’ve found a better place to stay or a better host. Would definitely reserve from again.

Just About Perfect

Location - Ideal, just a few steps from the Maggie and a short walk to downtown. Condition - Excellent, clean, very well furnished. Communication with owner - Great, check and follow up were hassle free. This condo will now be our first choice whenever we come to Breckenridge to ski.

Wonderful Stay!

The property was very clean and up to date. Lee is a great host who was communicative prior and during our stay. He provided great recommendations and his instructions to access the property went above and beyond. The location is right by everything you could want.

Excellent property and excellent location!

This property was amazing. The owner Lee kept in touch with us from the moment we paid until we checked out. He provided detailed instructions for the unit. It is a 5-10 min walk to everything on Main Street! The pool and hot tubs in the building next door were also very nice with a steam room ,workout room and sauna! This unit also has elevator access and the area around it is also very accessible! So much to do there and not enough time! We would definitely stay again. the unit which was extremely helpful

Breck Wine Fest

The property was perfect for attending the Breck wine festival. Close to everything. The size and layout of the condo gave us friends the ability to spread out. The property owner was very attentive.

Breckenridge weekend

We were in town for a wedding and the condo was in the perfect location for all the events. The location is great for walking around Main Street of Breckenridge but also easy to get it. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The owner was very easy to communicate with prior to and during our trip.

Family Getaway

Summer at Breck

We have rented vacation properties for the past 10 years throughout the US for our family of four and this one by far was the cleanest and most convenient unit we’ve stayed in. The Village at Breckenridge is easily walkable to the main shopping district with numerous quaint eateries just steps away. The unit is modern, yet with a mountain rustic decor it feels like you’re living in a ski lodge. Just perfect! The property manager is thorough and provides detailed instructions to make check in and check out simple and efficient. Just a joy to work with. We will keep this unit at the top of our list for future stays!

Wonderful spot in the heart of Breck with amazing hose

Lee was a best in class host, providing tons of check-in information and help while we were on property. The two bedroom condo was wonderfully appointed, super cozy, and the location was excellent.

Breckenridge visit

We were very pleased with all that the property offered. The condo was very nicely stocked (kitchen amenities in particular), very comfortable furnishings and the layout was lovely. There was a pool, game room and movie room that we really enjoyed. The location in Breckenridge is so nice with easy access to the center of town and a grocery store. The owner of the unit (Lee) was very helpful and available to answer any questions. We couldn’t have been happier with his place and him. Hope we can rent his place on our next visit!

Back to Breck

While I have skied Breckenridge in the past, this was my family's first trip and it could'nt have been better. Lee's condo was just as advertised. Great location with just steps to the Quicksilver Superchair. Immaculately clean. Comfortable beds. All the kitchen supplies we needed to prepare great meals. Check in was not only easy but very convenient. Condo facility has incredible pool, hot tub, steam/sauna area as well as cool game room. Last but not least, Lee the property manager was extremely helpful and provided great communication to be sure we had an excellent trip. If you are looking at condos in Breckenridge, this is the place! We will be back, thanks Lee!

Weekend in Breckinridge

Our day was fantastic. We are somewhat local in that we live in the Denver area in a town called Castle rock. The condo itself was absolutely perfect. Had everything we needed, very clean and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for us, as well as our friends. Location could not have been better. We simply walked around the corner and we were on the main street which is where you want to be. The owner, Lee was perfect. He went above and beyond trying to accommodate us in every way. I have saved this listing so that when we go back, we would definitely rent it again.

Exceptional

Lee is a very attentive and helpful host! The apartment is well stocked - particularly the kitchen. All appliances and cookware were in good condition, clean, and organized. Condo had lots of thoughtful items: drying rack, laundry bin, humidifiers, extra sheets, pantry items. Location is absolutely unbeatable for access to ski school! Building and condo access with the new app was very easy. We will stay again!

Great Ski Condo!

Great place to stay! A perfect fit for our skiing family of four, my husband and two sons (twenty year olds). Location was awesome, steps away from the Quicksilver high speed chair lift at the base of Peak 9 so you’re out the door and on the mountain in minutes. The owner was friendly, easy to communicate with and helpful recommending equipment rental companies (also beside the chair lift) and shuttle transportation from the airport. The condo is located right in the village so you are one block from Main Street’s restaurants and shops. There is no need for a car rental, grocery close by and walking distance to everything you need. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. Set up nicely for skiers and their gear, love the cubby bins for helmets, googles etc., keeps the place less cluttered. Kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook in. Quick walk via elevator to hot tub, sauna and pool. Nice little bonus was the real fireplace with free firewood in the garage area. Ski conditions were great, fresh snow almost every morning, we loved this condo, would definitely stay here again
