The location of this condo can't be beat! The spacious 2BD/2BA/3 Beds top floor corner unit comfortably sleeps 6 and is located at the end of a quiet hallway and within yards of the Snowflake chair lift. This unit boasts of in-floor heating throughout, roomy bedrooms with adequate space for guest storage, double sinks in both bathrooms, fully stocked oversized kitchen, and plenty of gathering space in the open dining/kitchen/living room floor plan. The living room has a new sleeper sectional in 2025 adding to your gathering and sleeping comfort. Includes a private covered deck and in-unit washer/dryer for guest's convenience. Grilling available in the pool area so lunch in the condo is a breeze.

This unit is located in one of Breckenridge's premier residences that includes the ski lift right out the back door, along with immediate access to ticket sales, a ski shop with ski/snowboard/bike rental, and indoor lockers/heated boot racks for convenient storage of all gear. The covered garage parking is on the same floor of the unit to accommodate easy delivery of luggage and groceries. The luxury resort includes an on-site spa, large outdoor heated pool, three huge hot tubs, fitness center, game room with ping pong and arcade games, and free private shuttle that takes you anywhere in the town of Breckenridge.

We enjoyed this property, especially because we could walk out the door to several hikes or walk downtown. If we needed a shuttle, it was prompt. The condo was well equipped, comfortable, and clean. We would come again and recommend it to you.

This condo was in excellent condition. The kitchen is comfortable for cooking, large dining room table and perfect deck to take in the mountain air. Town is easily walkable, but not so close that it feels hectic. Pool and hot tubs never busy- we enjoyed our stay!

True ski in/out, large kitchen with everything needed to cook. Ample seating for relaxing and dining, comfortable beds, loved the double sinks in bathroom. Community hot tubs were wonderful and never crowded.

The location was perfect! Could walk to Main Street, get on the ski lift right outside, and the ski shop/spa was just a couple of floors down. Pool & hot tub was perfect! Shuttle service felt like our personal chauffeur. Condo had everything we needed and we could sit on the balcony and watch the skiers come & go. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect ski-in and ski-out location that is walkable to town. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great bonus having access to the shuttle to get around town.Very trustworthy owner and cleaning crew, my daughter-in-law left her wedding rings which were found by the cleaning crew and returned.Would definitely rent again on our next trip to Breckenridge.

The place is great. There was an issue the last day but the owner worked with me to make everything right (it was an issue out of his control). Based on the quality of the condo and the quality of service, I would recommend this unit to anyone that wants to enjoy the Blue Sky resort.

We really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, having them open until 10pm was nice for after dinner in town. The grounds are very well kept, the front desk staff and shuttle drivers were all very friendly.

Breckenridge vacation

This property was perfect for our month long stay in Breckenridge. And the owners were very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful place with great location

Great space in all the rooms throughout this condo. It has the biggest kitchen we’ve had in a condo in Breck. Wonderful skiiing location - it is right by the lift or a quick walk to Beaver Run. Awesome place!

We purchased this property because when we want to go skiing, we don't want want to walk far in ski boots. In this unit (303) you literally go down the elevator, out the door and walk 30 yards to the lift. You are skiing in minutes. Four O'Clock lift is also not jammed with people and rarely has a lift line at all!
