Your family will love this comfortable and inviting beach getaway! Oceanside Villa is a gated community that provides a safe and secure environment for you and your family to relax and enjoy your vacation! Our spacious villa has three private bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home sleeps up to 8 with one king, one queen, one twin and one set of bunk beds with trundle in the kids room. In the open living area, you will enjoy plenty of seating, a large flat-screen TV, bar seating for four, a well-appointed kitchen, and a separate dining room.
Just a few steps from your front door is a huge outdoor pool complex with a children's splash park. Around the corner is the indoor pool for those who prefer some time out of the sun. Nearby is our community club house, playground, library, basketball courts and a new dog park. Check Oceanside Villas calendar for list of the many activities and events - ice cream social - water aerobics - golf cart parade etc Enjoy golf? Tupelo Bay Golf course is just across the highway.
When it's time for sun and sand , you are just a 2 minute golf cart ride away. ( golf cart included ) You will appreciate our private parking just feet from the wide sandy beach. The famous beachfront Conch Café is nearby.
After a fun filled day in the sun, come home to relax on your large covered front porch. Maybe hamburgers on the convenient grill for supper? or have a pizza delivered right to the porch? Walk across street for a late night swim or enjoy the hot tub for a great way to end your day.

Great place to stay in OCV! Across from the pool and easy access to the beach with the golf cart. We have 3 kiddos and my mother who traveled with us and all had plenty of space. Will return!

The location is incredible—perfect... the house is exactly as shown in the listing... the owners were quick to answer questions... the pools are right across the street... very close to the beach... the golf cart is very convenient, though it's also close enough to walk... there is parking at the beach for your car or the golf cart... the place is perfect... highly recommended... I would come back again without a second thought.

We had a wonderful week. Love the covered porch and being so close to the pool and hot tubThe beach is only a short golf cart ride away. Oceanside village is such a peaceful place. Love the beach access and the indoor pool is great too. Worked perfect for family of 6We will return again.

We really enjoyed our stay . The house is so cute and has plenty of room. It is conveniently located right next to everything. We were so happy we could bring our 2 fur babies with us. We were so glad it also came with a golf cart. It was fun to ride through this beautiful community.

Comfy place with plenty of room and close to the pool. We spent a lot of time in the evenings sitting on the porch, people watching and meeting new friends in the neighborhood. Great place to walk your pup too. Nice having a golf cart for trips to the beach and being able to make a quick trip back to the house. I especially like the dedicated, secure beach parking and the fact that there are restrooms in the parking lot. We will be back!

We really liked the location, golf cart, and fair price point. The bedroom with the three beds was a great little setup for our teenage girls. They had plenty of room to spread out and the desk made a perfect vanity for hair/makeup. The few negatives were the home and golf cart were a bit worn and tired. The house (particularly the floors) could use a really good deep clean. The main bedroom shower was incredibly small. I’m a fairly petite person and it was difficult to shower in such a small space. Overall we had a good experience staying at this property and appreciate the host for sharing their home.

We had a fantastic stay! Quiet, peaceful, and with no issues. Everything was exactly how it was described & communication was excellent & prompt. Would highly recommend this host & would stay there again!

Our 2nd stay here. Check in is a breeze. Pool across the street. Property owner replies to messages in a timely manor and the beach is less then a 5 min golf cart ride away. Perfect stay.

This was our 4th stay at this property and it never disappoints! Location is convenient to pool and dog park. House is cozy, clean and has everything needed. We love sitting on the front porch with our two small dogs and the gate keeps them right there with us. The included golf cart makes getting to the beach so quick and easy. Can’t wait until next year!

Home away from Home

Great location in a great community.

This property has everything you need - kitchen is well stocked, golf cart for trips to the beach, right across the street from the pool and communication with the owner was great. Can't wait to come back.

Betty Jo and Eddie Barker fell in love with Oceanside Village while vacationing years ago and have been returning here every year since. We purchased this villa in the spring of 2018 and are anxious to share it with others. We are close to retiring . We are from the Charlotte NC area but consider Oceanside Village our second home.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We visited Oceanside Village for several years and always enjoyed the area. The Village is always improving existing recreational area and continually adding new ones. The area is close enough to Myrtle Beach to visit the attractions in that area but far enough away from the congestion and traffic. The villa is within 5 miles the Marsh Walk, Golf, Fishing Charters, fishing pier, flee market and many of other family activities.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

As soon as you walk in the front door you feel like your at home. Everything is there for your vacation. The home is centrally located to all amenities but nestled in a quite corner of the village. The area is safe for bike riding, walking or just taking a golf cart ride through the streets or to the beach.
