Our Immaculate, Comfortable & Conveinent, 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath with Outdoor Shower Beach House has everything you’ll need for a fun family vacation. Rates include gold cart, linens, towels, beach towels, and exit cleaning
Our home is located in beautiful Oceanside Village, a gated community with 24 hour security, private beach access and private beach parking. There are bathrooms and outdoor showers at the beach. Just around the corner Is the heated, indoor, glass-enclosed pool. Both the indoor and the 2 outdoor pools are spacious and are surrounded by beautiful patios. Each has a kiddie pool as well. On site there is a community center, gym and library. The Conch Cafe is located on the beach and is a full service indoor/outdoor restaurant and bar. In the village there is a play ground, basketball courts, lighted tennis courts, a volleyball court and several stocked fishing lakes. (no license required)
Our beach home is situated on a quiet street, the front overlooks Melody pond.
Four TV'S total, one in living room and in each of the three bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, blender and all utensils for cooking. There is an outdoor gas grill, however we cannot guarantee propane is full. The laundry room is equip with a full size washer and dryer for your use. Sheets, towels and beach towels are provided.

Fantastic stay even through the storm

My family and I stayed at the rental the first week of August. Even though tropical storm Debby tried to bring us down, we still had a great time. Kathleen is a wonderful host! She reached out to me to make sure everything was okay during the storm.

We had a great time!

This is a fantastic property for families. Close the the beach, easy access to both indoor and outdoor pools and a playground. My 6 year old son loved the golf cart for trips down the beach and drives through the resort. Surfside Beach is much quieter and relaxing than Myrtle beach but it was an easy drive to everything we needed.

Family beach weekend

Kathleen was very quick to respond, kind and very helpful. The house was perfect for a weekend and very clean. The beach and pool were a short golf cart ride away. My only recommendation would be cleaned/updated couches. We had a wonderful time and appreciate you sharing your home with us. Thank you!

Very nice property

Rental was clean and everything was exactly as stated. Location was awesome across the street from a pond. My son loved being able to go fishing almost out the front door. Had a question mid week and the owner responded quickly. Would definitely rent this property again.

Clean, family friendly rental in a great neighborhood

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. The home was clean and as the listing described if not better. It was my husband and I with 4 kids ages 10 months - 10 years and this house was perfect for us. Size was great and the house conveniently had a few toys and books for the younger ones. All the kitchen appliances and towels we needed. Beds were comfortable. We absolutely loved the golf cart and being able to use it to get to the beach, conch cafe in the beach and the pool. My husband and our kids also loved just cruising around the neighborhood in the golf cart. Pool areas were fun for all ages, and our 3 year old’s favorite activity was fishing at the pond! At the house was also a fishing pole, beach chairs, some beach toys and a beach umbrella. The owner was also easy to get a hold of before and after our trip and responded quickly to any questions we had. We definitely are planning to rent again!

Good time

The owner is amazing to work with. She is always very prompt with responses and has been extremely helpful. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. The use of the golf cart is definitely a plus, though the beach and pool area are an easy walk. The house is very cute and well furnished. No need for towels or sheets. Plenty of cooking utensils and appliances. Overall a good experience.

Perfect little beach house!

Everything was wonderful! The outside shower and golf cart were a huge plus! The owner even found a tablet my son had left behind and shipped it back to us! Would definitely stay here again!

A great place to kick back and relax

It’s a comfy place to stay, convenient to beach. The swans and geese visit often which was great for the little ones. The front porch and outdoor shower was fabulous!!! Thanks for having us

Lazy Turtle House

Very quaint house. Excellent location. Almost everything we needed was there. Host was easy to communicate with and seemed very concerned that all was well. The addition of the gate passes and the golf cart is definitionally a bonus.

Family Vacation

Rental was easy. Kathleen was very accommodating and wrote out all rules and policies so they were easy to follow. The neighborhood was great and family friendly. Would reccomend to anyone for a beach getaway.

Awesome!!

The neighborhood was so nice to ride the golf cart around in. The neighbors were all nice and friendly. The neighborhood feels extremely safe and is so close to the beach. The house was Great and all of the wildlife and ponds around were beautiful! Everything was clean and the owner answered any questions I had quickly!! Highly recommend this place!!!! We cannot wait until next time to visit here!

Amazing stay

This is our first time to South Carolina and this place was amazing. The house has everything you need to make it a perfect vacation. It is a very short walk to the beach if you don’t want to use the golf cart. The beach was very clean and there is golfing and a grocery store across the street. We will definitely be coming back.
