The living room and deck offer expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom patio offers beautiful sunset views over the canal. The property offers a COMMUNITY POOL, BEACH ACCESS and COVERED PARKING (2 car limit). Cable TV and WI-FI internet access are included. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, TV and adjoining bath. The second bedroom offers 2 full sized beds and TV. The living room offers a full sized sleeper sofa. Leave the dirty laundry to us. BED LINENS AND TOWELS/WASHCLOTHS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. You will only need to bring beach towels. The kitchen is well appointed with all of the cooking items you will need. We also have a washer and dryer. This property is STRICTLY **NON-SMOKING indoors or out. ** We are implementing extra cleaning and disinfecting practices between stays. For several years it has been a goal of ours to invest in a property so that we can share this little piece of paradise with others. We looked at many different property options before deciding on this one.

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the boardwalk, shops and dining. The views are second to none. Wake up each day to the sunrise over the ocean from the front balcony and watch the sunset in the evening from the back balcony. This unit has many recent updates compared to others in the area.
