2 Rogers Memorial Park Road is a recently renovated carriage home. It features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open-concept kitchen, vaulted ceilings, a spacious loft area, and a dining/living room perfect for large meals or family game nights.

The kitchen includes granite counters, new appliances, and bar seating. Relax in the comfortable living room surrounded by rustic décor and a stone fireplace or on the furnished porch. First-floor bedrooms have a king and queen size bed, respectively. The bathroom includes a large all-tile shower with a glass enclosure. Accommodations in the loft include a set of twin bunks and an additional twin bed. The large loft is commonly used as an extra hangout spot!

This house can comfortably fit up to 8 adults, with parking for 2 cars (with additional spaces available upon request). It comes fully equipped with all of the comforts of home. High-speed internet/Wifi, smart TV, full-size refrigerator/freezer, and heating/air conditioning.

Absolutely Amazing

This house is nit only the absolute perfect location , it was immaculate when we arrived and easy to maintain. The kitchen was awesome to use, love the laundry option! 💯 recommend staying here!!

Second Stay - Great Place

Just wrapped-up our second stay here. Great location and very nice accommodations. Walking distance to everything in Bolton Landing and super close access to Rogers Park for Tennis/Pickle Ball and beach for swimming. Would I recommend….of course!!!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything was great! The location is perfect! Easy walk to stores and restaurants and a cute library right next door. Behind the library is a park with Adirondack chairs over looking a beautiful view of the Lake. Adjacent to the park is a basketball court, tennis courts and/ or Pickle Ball court with lessons. Perfect activities for all ages. They also have a little stage for musical performances. Down the hill is a very nice beach with lifeguards. The screened in porch is perfect to store your water gear. The house was pristine, like a hotel with all the latest appliances. Looks like a house from the Magnolia network. 😊

Perfect location in Bolton’s landing!

Beautiful home in the center of Bolton’s landing. The owners were extremely responsive and accommodating! The home is spacious and beautifully updated with all of the amenities and then some! We enjoyed having the pier right at the end of the road for beautiful morning coffee views and sunsets at night. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay for us and our 4 teenagers, so much to do!!

Great Home in the Heart of Bolton Landing

We just returned from our stay and thought this home was great. This was actually our 7th summer in Bolton Landing, but first time staying at this home. We could not have asked for a better location. Just walk out the door to your left and your right in the heart of Bolton Landing w/ access to restaurants, shopping and more….to the right and you’re at Roger’s Memorial Park in literally two seconds w/ access to the beach, tennis courts and a basketball court. This home really does provide you with the best of both worlds, when it comes to Bolton Landing! The home itself had plenty of space for our family of four. Was also very clean and quiet. Greg was great about communication and really easy to work with. All in all, if you’re looking for a great Bolton Landing location, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better place.

Top Notch Property in a Top Notch Location

Very clean and well provisioned property in a great location in Bolton Landing. Short walk to the beach and the kayak launch. The Bolton shopping and restaurants are also a short walk. Despite being next to the main street in Bolton, the traffic noise was minimal and did not affect sleeping. Will be staying again.

Blast in Bolton

Even better than pictured. Location was fantastic! Remodel was beautiful! Beds were super comfy. Sheets were clean and soft. Kitchen utensils were great quality. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Bolton Landing. Gregg was super easy to work with. A pleasure all around.
