This family rental sleeps 8 offers main floor has vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, DVD player, private balcony with mountain views. Dining room seats 6 with 3 spots at the breakfast bar. Fully equipped kitchen. Upper level is open loft and 3rd bath. Lower entry level master bedroom & bath with a jetted whirlpool bathtub. Second bedroom also has en-suite bathroom.

Perfect Skiers Stay

Location location location. Bus stop is at the building, Christy’s Sports is across the street as is vast retail options. Condo was in great condition and clean. All you can ask for in a ski rental!

Perfect location

Perfect location to get to everything downtown. 5-10 minutes to ski resort or bus is right in front. Coin laundry with easy access. Spacious 3 story apartment. Lots of stairs. Kids loved the loft.

Condo is as advertised. It is spacious with a nice common area. The location is close to the main rental offices for a quick check in. The underground parking is convenient. The mgmt staff was responsive and courteous. The upstairs bedroom is a loft space and sound communicates with the rest of the condo.

Great spot for a family

Everything was really great, but the communication and check-in via VRBO wasn’t so straightforward, they do it through their own property management portal which is just OK. All through VRBO would be preferable.

Perfect Location

This unit is big and beautiful and very close to the town of Winter Park as well as the resort. Nearby bus stops will take you straight to the resort as well, and they are super close walking distance to the unit. Loved this stay!

Christmas break

The location was great. Led to believe washer and dryer included but it was paid Laundry. Difficult to get in touch. Email was from stay winter park and then when tried to contact about questions I had to wait thirty minutes to speak to anyone.

DATED CONDO

The basics were covered, however, this is a 40 year old property with lots of repair/TLC needed (sliding door barely moved, we have a water leak in one of the bedrooms). Beds were just ok with the thinnest sheets ever! We were just fine and had a great time (all about attitude) but I wouldn't book here again.

Cozy comfortable place

We were quite happy with this property. It's very close to the public transportation stops. Ski locker outside the unit was nice to have. Parking was easy and plentiful unlike other places we have stayed at in resort towns.

Downtown Winterpark

Perfect location: walking distance to all good downtown eateries. Bedrooms above and below living room area gave peaceful sleeps for all ages. Hot running after skiing was a hit. In building garage made luggage transportation easy.
