Riverside Perfection

We could not be more pleased. The morning and evening views of the Fraser River were excellent (including a Moose off the deck). There is great access to the beginning of the Fraser River trail (running, biking, walking) within 100m of the front door and leading right into town. Puzzles, games, and plenty of natural light. . Walk-able access to restaurants from the front door, we will definitely return.

Great customer service

Overall my experience with skyrun ran well, we had a small issue with power, and customer service has a handyman there within a few minutes, the communication was great throughout the process, and we loved the property, looking forward to next time , I'm definitely using skyrun again.

The property is awesome! It’s walking distance to the base and is in a super quiet area. I think I only saw 5 other people in the condos around us, for the week. I will definitely be back!

Wow what a nice place

This is our third stay at this fantastic place. We went to Rocky Mountain National Park, mountain biking, the gondola and lots of walks in the high mountains. This place is nice, well appointed with great cooking and serving items. Best of all is the location. Close to the resort and within walking distance of Winter Park. This place is underpriced for what you get.

Wonderful place that is well provisioned with beautiful views of the mountains. Quick walk to shuttles. Garage to park and store gear.

Good property with some issues

We stayed at Trademark Drive #2 for 9 days with family - generally the property was well presented and had all the facilities we could wish for. However, one severe concern is the lack of sound deadening in the property. Other occupants in the apartment above us, made life miserable over one weekend with excessively loud music being played. On a seperate point - it is worth noting that whilst the listing is correct about being a short walk away from the Winter Park shuttle bus service - the actual bus service during the week is substantially lower than at weekends - we ended up walking to the lifts on the week days due to a lack of regular buses.

Ski Trip

We had a great time staying at Trademark. The location was great for Winter Park Skiing. It was a quick 2 minute shuttle ride to the base or about a 10 minute walk. We have skied at Winter Park two other times, and this place was the nicest of the three. The huge windows provide beautiful views of the mountains, but also feel secluded from your neighbors in how the property is laid out. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home base

The condo was perfect for our group. It was clean and bright with several floor to ceiling windows, we were within minutes of Winter Park skiing and could walk to get dinner or a drink at the A Frame. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after skiing and the views from the condo were amazing!

Such a wonderful week!!

A fantastic place - cozy and beautiful views!! Kitchen was nicely stocked. Very clean - no need for decor, the view outside the huge windows is all you need!!! Easily accessible to the walking trail - Fraser the town - and the base of Winter Park!!! Loved our stay!

Beautiful Condo, Even Better View

We stayed here in late July and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The condo is clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The view out the large windows in the living room is amazing - you see the beautiful creek just outside the condo along with the mountains in the background. Many times we opened the door to the patio just to listen to the sounds of the creek just. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Condo Overlooking the Fraser River

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. The view of the Fraser River out of the window was sublime. It is super convenient for skiing at Winter Park. The kitchen was well stocked with modern appliances and everything you need to cook. Beds were comfy and plenty of bathrooms. We loved it!

Beautiful views

Enjoyed this condo very much. Very cozy and felt like home during our 4 day stay. Quiet and safe. Nice walking trail just a few feet from the door. Skiing accessibility was a big perk. Town shopping close by. Will love to come back.

beautiful views

the views were beautiful from those huge den/dining table windows. It was convenient to the ski slopes and had good parking. Storage, kitchen, and bathrooms were great. Games and puzzles provided were a bonus. The beds were the least comfortable part- need better mattresses.

Great stay, new furnishings

This was our second stay at this fine rental. It keeps getting better. They added a king size bed in the master, a new stainless French door refrigerator and new living room and dining room furnishings. We lucked out and got a ski locker at the base so walking back and forth from the resort was a breeze. We’ll be going back in the summer to do some hiking and biking.
