Conveniently located to all the attractions of downtown Lincoln. Just minutes away by foot from the UNL campus, Memorial Stadium, Pinnacle Bank Arena, Lied Center, The Haymarket, Rail Yard area and the many restaurants downtown Lincoln offers as well as the Capital building.

Features:
This smoke free condo is completely updated. Full kitchen and washer dryer. Sleeps four adults easily with the queen bed and a queen sized air mattress. There is a large very comfortable sofa if needed as well. Secured entry and parking garages are available near by as seen in photos. Basic cable is provided as well as WiFi for any of your needs. TV will accept your streaming devices as well.

Access instructions are provided within days of your stay.

Our hose reached out within hours of our reservation to thank us and welcome us to his condo ... and again prior to our visit with all appropriate pre-visit information. The condo was very nicely finished and conveniently located near all downtown activities ... just a short walk to Memorial Stadium! The available nearby private parking was an added bonus. All in all, we had a great time and would stay here again!

Cute and cozy. The location is great, and is only about a 12-15 minute walk to PBA. We had a hiccup with getting back into the condo after we called it a night, but the manager of the building and the owner of the condo were great at accommodating once all lines of communications were met.

We stayed 1 night, location was good, easy walking to the Haymarket area. Parking was a little cumbersome, but anything downtown would be. Not the owners fault at all. We would stay again.

Great condo with everything you need. Location is great. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. The property owner gave us a great parking spot close to the building.

Great condo in Historic Building!

Condo in downtown Lincoln, walking distance to all the things: Memorial stadium, Haymarket, etc.In an old Bank, Condos have great living spaces and high ceilings. Responsive owner, easy to get a hold of.

Great NYE stay.

Stayed here for New Year's Eve so we didn't have to drive. Easy walk to the Green Gateau and the Bourbon Theater. Comfortable bed and great K cups for revival in the morning.

Great Location -close to Haymarket

We went to a Huskers volleyball game and walked to Haymarket area for dinner. Host very quick to communicate when needed.

Downtown gem

Although the building itself is older, the unit is awesome! It is well furnished, has a LOT of space, the bed is SO comfortable (the pillows are perfect), and everything that one would need to stay a week or a month is right there. I really enjoyed the space and host is terrific, resolving an issue with the door lock almost instantly. Loved it!
