Great vacation home for all ages! Live like a local in a family-home on quiet, beautiful Sunset Beach. Paradise for families with children! All the toys for home, swim-spa and beach entertainment are available for your enjoyment. 7 ADULTS Maximum plus up to 5 Kids :)



What we love about our home: The outdoor shower in summer months is amazing for rinsing with fresh water after the beach; the Master Bathroom's feel (you'll see) , sparkling water coming right out of the fridge! (Sodastream), easy-to-use voice command Alexa music/sound system. Our home is located in one of the areas most popular streets with beach access as close as can be. Experience life on the beach like a local.



This house is located in a residential neighborhood. As much fun as the hot tub/swim spa can be, please make sure not to be too loud. Thanks!

Had a wonderful stay with the family. Everything was as advertised. We felt right at home with all the amenities. Our group was 4 adults and 4 kids and everyone had plenty of space. The beach was a short walk away.

The house had everything a family could need for a beach vacation, just a short walk to the sand. The kitchen was well stocked with quality kitchenware and plenty of space to cook and dine. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and linens, and the oversized hot tub made it perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again! Walking distance to the beach, some food options and a great local coffee shop. We used the swim spa for multiple hours and took full advantage of the outdoor patio space. Loved that we didn't need to bring/buy beach chairs or sand toys, board games or even spices. The hosts responded quickly with our questions. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this home. Plenty of separate space so that we all had privacy. Open common area so that we were all able to enjoy each other as well. Everything we needed for the week was available. Host was responsive. We will book this location again in the future!

The house was very clean and well supplied. Very close to the beach. Nice open concept with kitchen, dinning, and living space. Spacious bedrooms. Kids loved their rooms. Great laundry room.The post states ample parking but it is very limited. 1 small to mid-size vehicle will fit into the garage. The driveway is super little so if you have several families meeting up it's almost impossible to fit. You can park on street but it is pretty expensive. Would have been nice to have mop or something to clean up tile, hot tub didn't work right as it kept tripping the breaker. Only other downfall was the mosquitos. Even with bug spray and other measures the second you walk outside you get swarmed. How was treated midweek for pests but not mosquitos.

Thanks so much for the review. Hot tub issue was reported and noticed only one evening on the night before check out, looked at by an electrician and repaired immediately. Pest treatment was for mosquitos specifically. They spray on a regular schedule. Since the hurricanes there are still a lot of homes that aren't lived in so there are breeding areas nearby at this point that are unfortunately out of our control. Know that this is temporary. A new mop is ordered. We do now have signage in our homes that encourages guests to let us know if anything is missing or in poor condition so we can act immediately.

We had a very nice 18 day stay here with our family. 4 adults and 3 kids ranging from 1-4 years old. The location is great as it is right near the beach and there is a crossing/beach access over a fairly low traffic road. The beach itself was gorgeous and uncrowded. Some great restaurants and bars in walking distance. Owner was very responsive to our needs. House very well equipped for the kids with portable cribs, beach toys, beach wagon and chairs. Highly recommend.

Great Family Time

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for the 6 adults and 4 children. They loved how the rooms were decorated and furnished and never ran out of things to do. The swim spa kept them entertained, when it would get too cool on the beach. The MOST well equipped kitchen we have ever had in a VRBO! The management was very responsive when we had a need or question. Overall, a great stay!

This was an ideal property for our seven family members. The location is wonderful, just steps from the beach. There are a number of very good restaurants in the vicinity. The kitchen is well set up so it was easy to make meals there. The hot tub was great! We would definitely go back.

Sunset Beach Family time

We were a family from near and far and gathered in this lovely beach house. It offers everything you need plus the location to the beach access is just seconds from the house. Publix was about 3 minutes away, plus Caddy's and Ka'Tiki for a getaway. Thanks!!

Beautiful home and great location!

Propert exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well equipped and great for entertaining. The bathrooms were well stocked and good sized. The house was big enough to accommodate 9 people and provided ample space to not feel overcrowded. The outside pool/spa was such a hit. Every night we ended up in it watching sports and movies. The house is a very short walk to the beach and restaurants/bars are close by. We would highly recommend staying here and will again in the future.

This house was perfect for us. It is SO close to the beach, with beautiful white sand, tons of shells, gorgeous sunsets, and sometimes we were the only folks at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved sleeping in the "aquarium room". The bathrooms are gorgeous with custom tiles, beautiful lighting and nice touches like octopus toilet paper holders and drain covers. Hendrik made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, and even brought over new beach chairs that are higher off the ground for the grandparents to use.
