Excellent location

Completely remodeled 3 level beach house. Really nice place with great location. Owners were great to work with.

This is a fabulous property especially if you are traveling with other couples. Having 3 floors allows for privacy when needed but everyone is in the same location. You walk right out onto the beach and there are 3 nice balconies to enjoy the beach and ocean. The owner had excellent communication and the house was very nicely stocked with essentials.

Wow. This house was amazing. The bedrooms were fresh and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and kitchenware. There was plenty of space for our family to both be together, yet have separation. There were beach chairs that we could use while we were there. A short walk to the beach makes multiple trips daily easy. Owners were amazing to work with and we can’t wait to return soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this Redington Beach house! The location was fantastic and made it so easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Being on the beach was definitely one of the best highlights of our trip.The house had plenty of space for our family and worked very well for a group. We especially appreciated that beach supplies were included, which made our days at the beach so much easier. Publix was also conveniently located nearby, which was great for anything we needed during our stay.There are plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby, and Redington is a great location because you can easily explore Indian Rocks Beach, Madeira Beach, John’s Pass, and the surrounding areas. We walked to many of the nearby places to eat. Overall, we really really enjoyed our time here and made some wonderful family memories. Redington Beach is a very special area for our family, and we were grateful to have such a comfortable place to call home for the week. We would definitely recommend this house to other families looking for a relaxing Gulf Coast getaway!

Great location, perfect beach stay

We vacationed here for a week with our family of 4 and another family of 4 as well. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and also to congregate and enjoy time together. This place is right on the beach, which was just perfect-- a super easy walk every morning to claim our spot by the water. There isn't a bad view from any of your beach-facing rooms. The balconies are great places to watch the sun set. The location is unbeatable. The property was appointed with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the necessities to cook. We used the gas grill several times for hotdogs and brats. The host even stopped by mid-stay to drop off more trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent. There were a few beach towels for use as well, even though we also brought our own. There were plenty of nice beach chairs, some beach umbrellas, and some sand toys for use while we were there. There's a few restaurants within walking distance as well. There's a Winn Dixie and Publix very close (within 5-7 minutes each direction). The Walmart is a bit further (15-20 minutes). You're about 25 minutes from Clearwater and 35 minutes from St. Pete. John's Pass is about 10ish minutes away and there's some restaurants, shopping, and a neat little place to view and even hold some Florida wildlife. Host was great, property was clean and well-stocked, location is perfect, and we would definitely pick this location again if we were planning another trip to this area. Definitely recommend.
