This beautiful fully furnished 1 bed/ 2 bath condo next to Pioneer Park is just steps from the Deschutes River and a 2-block walk to downtown Bend. We are on the first floor and the back door opens into a park-like setting. The master bedroom has a king bed and bath and direct access to its own patio. There is a pullout queen sofa bed in the living room. Decorated in a modern style with two full baths, a well stocked kitchen, bath towels and a lovely patio dining area with a grill adjacent to the living room. Gas fireplace in the living room as well. This unit is beautifully appointed. WiFi and cable tv are included. On site laundry room. No pets allowed.

This is west side at it's best. Quiet and cozy - a perfect retreat in the heart of Bend!

Quaint home away from home!

The property is so close to everything yet quiet and comfortable. We were in town for a baseball tournament and each day was at a different park, but we were less than 10 mins away from them. It’s just the right size to have space apart, but still be together as a family. Thanks again!

Nit that great.

Very small. Did not expect it to be a motel room, but that’s what it was like. They said washer and dryer but those were units away and coin-operated. Bed was terrible. Bedding and towels were good. They did not communicate with us. We had to frantically track then down. Then they didn’t give us unit number so we were driving all around trying to find the unit. It was a mess and hard to find.

Wonderful Location, Clean and Cozy Condo

We had a nice stay at River West. The place is clean and cozy and perfect for the two of us. Lots of extra blankets for the chilly evenings. The kitchen has everything you need to make a few light meals. We didn't cook much because the location is so close to town. If you walk south through Pioneer Park and follow the Deschutes River trail, you'll find yourself in the middle of Bend within minutes. There are so many pubs and restaurants and distilleries to choose from. You can eat and drink to your hearts content and then have an easy walk back to the condo. The back patios are wonderful to look at the parklike setting and enjoy the sunset coming through the trees. We had a very relaxing getaway!

Great Place

Wonderful stay, we felt at home and welcomed. LOVED the bed. So comfy. Only drawback was the upstairs neighbor, he sounded like an elephant stomping around starting about 6:30 in the morning. But would stay again

Quiet & Convenient

River West is a quiet, convenient and relaxing apartment. It is adjacent to Pioneer Park and relaxing just sitting by the river. And it’s only a 10 minute walk to downtown. Well worth considering for any visit to Bend!

Peaceful Condo

This is just like a small apartment with 2 full bathrooms and plenty of room. King bed is very comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. We were not bothered by any neighborhood noise, and it was awesome to be so close to a nice park and a fabulous riverside walk. We'd definitely consider staying here again. Very convenient location.

Great stay in Bend!

This was such a great place to stay for our babymoon road-trip to Bend. The condo was clean and supplied with everything we would need to cook, clean and be comfortable during our stay. It was a nice easy walk to downtown (even 8 months pregnant) and in a beautiful setting next to the park. We enjoyed sitting on the patio with our coffee/tea each morning and watching the family of otters and tiny chipmunks playing in the yard. Communication with host was fast and efficient and they gave us some great recommendations for food and activities in the area. We would definitely return to Bend and stay at River West again!

Just as pictured

It was a park like setting - just as the pictures portray. So nice to sit outside and enjoy the cool, clear weather. Bed extremely comfortable. Everything we needed to cook in. Close to downtown and the river - certainly walkable for people. Near points of interest so we were happy with our choice of this unit.

wonderful location, wonderful bed

being right next to Pioneer park, the Deschutes river path, and downtown was so lovely. The bed was comfy, comfy, comfy, the maintenance easy, well stocked and we were so happy there for a beautiful month In Bend. Thank you for allowing us and our doggies to have a great stay.

Very happy with this spacious, well-appointed rental

I would be glad to stay in this condo again. It was well-furnished and perfectly clean. Right next to Pioneer Park and the river, just a few blocks from downtown Bend. Everything seemed like it was brand new. The king size bed was super comfortable, with nice fluffy linens and covers.

Great location, will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for us. The condo was spotless and very nicely updated. Plus it has TWO full bathrooms! We loved being near the river and right next to Pioneer Park. A relatively short walk down the street takes you to lots of breweries, shops and restaurants such as Bend Brewing and Deschutes Brewery. The condo can be a little hard to find at first, as it looks like you are entering a hotel property, but if you follow the signs for the condo’s it’s easy to find. We would definitely stay here again!

Highly Recommended!

I couldn't have been happier with this property! All the conveniences of home away from home! Very cozy and tastefully decorated. The King bed was very very comfortable and the instructions to get into the place were spot on! The Deschutes River is a stone throws away and it's a short walk downtown to incredible shops, brewery's, wine tasting, great food and a gourmet grocery store called Market of Choice where you can get a great selection of local beers and wine. Everything we needed and more!

Thank you, we enjoyed a great visit in Bend! The condo is very nicely decorated and well maintained. Loved the BBQ and lawn area outside and Pioneer Park is just next door. We enjoyed walking there and along the Deschutes River Trail. We were unfamiliar with this part of town yet found everything we needed thanks to Gina's suggestions. Two bathrooms!!!!

Greg grew up surfing and playing beach volleyball.
We raised our kids going to the beach for family outings and gatherings with friends.
We love walking and riding our bikes on the car-free Manhattan Beach Strand.
Seeing the sunset each evening reminds us to take a moment to pause and be grateful for the beautiful life we have in sunny Southern California!
