First class luxury and comfort await you after a day of adventure! Our suite offers about 1,000 sf for one or two people, two couples or a family with children, 13 yrs or older. The entire apartment was newly constructed. Expand your stay once you find yourself relaxing in a fully furnished and lovely appointed apartment with everything you need at a great value. It is functional, cozy and has a full kitchen which elevates itself several steps above a routine hotel room, condo or townhouse.

It's beautiful location is nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac of acre lots overlooking the Village of Oak Creek in an amazing, secluded neighborhood. This private and quiet abode abuts National Forest Service and is along the breathtaking, luscious green fairway at the 8th tee of the Sedona Golf Resort. Unload your busy life and stretch out in your very own peaceful paradise in your personal, spacious side yard. Experience the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets with a backdrop of the forest service and golf course creating a 365 degree panorama of magnificent red rocks – including Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte and Cathedral Rock! With truly phenomenal views!

The property has backyard access to hiking, mountain biking and walks on the golf course. Kel Fox Trail is a moderate 2.5 mile trail within walking distance of the residence or minutes from Bell Rock which is a gorgeous view from your bedroom. Mountain bike rentals are available nearby. The golf course is available for morning walks or sunset strolls before or after golf hours.

This home has everything needed for your stay including WIFI , a full kitchen, linens, towels, washer and dryer. This is a perfect environment for celebrating, healing, exploring or just playing in the awesome red rocks. Easy access to golf, hiking, biking, yoga, and photo opportunities abound, as well as to casual or fine gourmet indoor and outdoor dining and music events.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Thoughtfully appointed with all the extras—a cooler, ice packs, fresh flowers, candy, and maps and guides for the area. The outdoor space was lovely. We enjoyed sitting outside with our coffee in the morning, while coyotes and deer wandered by, and evenings with a glass of wine. Very peaceful! Our hosts could not have been more kind.

The Fitz Ritz is everything promised and more. The unit was sparkling clean and well-stocked with dishes, utensils, bathroom items and linens. The location could not be beat with terrific views of several popular red rock formations from the outdoor seating area as well as the living room and one of the bedrooms. It's a very quiet and safe area, while at the same time being close to attractions. Tons of hiking, tour and eating recommendations are provided in the unit. The hosts were very responsive, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this location for a Sedona visit and have already recommended it to a family member.

We have been staying in VRBO’s for over 20 years and this rental is in our top 5. Nancy is a fantastic hostess and she keeps her property very clean and well stocked. The kitchen has anything you would need if you want to prepare a meal. She even provided some start up bottled waters, fresh flowers and a bottle of sparkling wine. She gave us some traveling tidbits about a backroad to avoid the Sedona traffic as well and a few tips about our trip to Grand Canyon. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to stay out of the hub bub of Sedona and enjoy some peace and quiet.

What a beautiful, well stocked apartment. Nancy and her husband made our stay very comfortable. There were fresh flowers and chocolate . The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable.The view is absolutely amazing! We had a coyote run right by our door and saw javalinas in the area.The apartment is a great place to stay while you explore Sedona and surrounding areas.We will return!

Amazing view and Neighborhood

Our stay at the Fitz Ritz was AMAZING! It was in an amazing neighborhood with a breath taking view. Nancy and Doug were great hosts who have thought through every detail, making our stay feel much like home. I would absolutely stay there again.

Thanksgiving in Sedona

We had an amazing stay for our thanksgiving holiday! Nancy was a wonderful host, very attentive and responsive, with endless suggestions on how to have a wonderful time in the Sedona area. We spent our days hiking, and this was the perfect place to unwind in peace and quiet and rest up for the next day’s adventure!

Great Sedona views

We had an amazing stay at Nancy’s place. It is conveniently located near Bell Rock in a quiet neighborhood with serene views. The house has almost everything we could need and Nancy was quick to respond to any request.

Peaceful Getaway

Beautiful property on the edge of the desert- bobcats, coyote, bunnies, quail, we got to see them all! Space is comfy and well stocked, hosts are gracious. We're looking forward to returning!

Absolutely perdect!

My husband and two older boys thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fitz Rittz! The property is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views and and beautiful golf course. All the accommodations are very comfortable and accommodating. If we ever come back to the Sedona area we know where we’ll stay!

The home was beautiful comfortable, peaceful and well stocked with everything one would need. The surrounding area was full of wildlife which we enjoyed seeing. We especially enjoyed sitting outside with our coffee each morning. We hope to stsyvagain sometime!

Great Location with Amazing Views

Nancy and Doug were wonderful hosts. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The location was perfect right on the golf course, close to great hikes, and priceless views. Outdoor space to relax was an added bonus. The property exceeded expectations.

Love the Fitz Ritz

This place was amazing! Nancy thought of every detail! From a very sweet welcome of fresh flowers and chocolate to the comprehensive list of restaurants and information to make our stay most enjoyable. The views of Bell Rock, the quiet location and the abundance of wild life, all make this an ideal spot for vacation and enjoying the beauty and tranquility of Sedona.

I love Sedona and look forward to sharing our beautiful little slice of Sedona with you. I moved here as a new bride 40 years ago after a stay in Sedona with friends. We raised and home schooled our 2 beautiful daughters and cheered them on in soccer, softball, swim team, basketball and volleyball here, built a commercial building, The Fitzpatrick Building located in Bell Rock Plaza where my husband has his law practice. I worked as a radio broadcaster but mostly worked as a Dental Hygienist with one year working in beautiful Bern, Switzerland! For 7 years I worked as a Realtor but now work as a Legal Assistant and I am available to assist you in answering any questions you may have to make visiting Sedona your best trip ever.

For the elevation, views, stars and clear skies, privacy and desirable neighborhood. It is very peaceful with no traffic noise, lots of birds and wildlife including deer, elk, cattle, coyotes even an occasional bobcat, mountain lion or snake! Our acre borders the forest service so there is often natural animal kingdom entertainment.

The residence abuts forest service for hiking and a golf course for walking. It is a short drive from Red Rock Crossing for access to Oak Creek and numerous established hiking and mountain bike riding trails. It is a mile from several fabulous restaurants, two spas, a grocery store and two golf courses!
