Comfortable, clean, cozy. Outstanding communication from host. We had some rainy weather, which made sitting in the enclosed porch/ three-season room a pleasant place to read and watch the river. Nearby town of Byron has two good supermarkets and a number of good places to eat. All serve generous portions! Highly recommend this quiet spot. We enjoyed our long weekend very much.

We stayed here during the Women’s National Baseball games. House had everything you would need. AC worked great as well as the WiFi. Host was extremely easy to communicate with. There were even fishing poles to use off of the convenient backyard dock. We would return again.

Calm and peaceful with the river, many places to relax whether it is in the living room, the sunroom, the hammock, or outdoors. Great place to stay and really good host that made the stay smooth. Appreciated having no check out tasks as the cleaning fee covered them all

We had a great stay here recently. It was clean and well furnished (including little things like night lights, binoculars, etc.). It was peaceful to sit and watch the river flow by while looking for eagles and pelicans. We appreciated the fenced in yard for our dog. She actually settled in quite quickly, which means she felt safe and comfortable here (and so did we). It's outside of the city, but not too far so it was easy to get to various places of interest. The host "walked" us through the house via the phone beforehand so we had a good understanding of how to check in and where to find things when we got there, which was very helpful. We sure hope we can go back again soon!
