Great property. Quiet and peaceful. Well appointed and a great host. Deer, rabbits and wildlife play in the yard. Rob’s Honey was great. As a business traveler this was a great retreat after business meetings.

I can not say enough good things about this property. The hosts were beyond accommodating. The house was clean and very comfortable. It was so relaxing there.

We had an excellent time. The house and property were perfect. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were great and made sure our stay was special. Charlottesville is beautiful. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

UVA graduation weekend

We had a lovely stay! The Honey House was a welcoming place with a cozy and clean atmosphere. It was just a few minutes away from UVA and downtown. Rob and Lili were very accommodating and gracious hosts. We would recommend staying here 100%

Another great stay @ Honey House

My husband and I love staying at this peaceful, clean, comfortable property! There is absolutely nothing we would change. The location, communication with host and accommodations are all as advertised and wonderful! This was our second time staying here, and we hope to be back again in the future!

Great location as we were touring UVA. Quick access to I64 & into Cville. Lovely modern house, clean, lots of amenities, lots of windows, storage & space! Please check this place out! Super nice alternative if you want a change of pace from a hotel.

Beautiful property, perfect for a weekend getaway

We loved this house! We want to stay once a year! Beautifully renovated. Can tell that so much thought was put into each design decision. Owner was welcoming and responsive. We can't wait to come back.

Cozy Spot in the Woods

The house was nicely laid out and had decks on the front and back. There were many trees on the property so there was lots of privacy. The furniture and bed were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom well stocked. The house was conveniently located near Charlottesville and the wineries. We had a very pleasant stay there.

What a gem!

We spent a week in this marvelous and comfortable home. It is quiet, private and full of thoughtful touches. The hosts were very friendly and extremely quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend this peaceful getaway!

What a pleasure to stay at the Honey House (so named I presume because the owners are beekeepers who have an aviary a safe distance nearby.) Everything was extremely well organized inside and neat as a pin. An open floor. plan that feels very open and roomy as well as bright and cheery. Quiet and comfortable, and all in a location very convenient to Monticello, downtown and UVa.

Excellent Rental

The Honey House is the perfect rental for a couple exploring Charlottesville for a long weekend. The listing information is accurate. The rental was clean and had all needed necessities. It was an easy and quick drive to restaurants. We would definitely stay at the Honey House on a return trip to Charlottesville.

Perfect!

We were meeting my Sister's family in the area and wanted a convenient place to Shenandoah NP. Rob and Lili's place was perfect! It was honestly the nicest VRBO we've stayed in. We got to meet both of them and was lucky enough to be there right after honey harvest. Will definitely return if in the area.

Wonderful place

We stayed three nights in Honey House while in town celebrating our oldest son's college graduation. Location was perfect - very close to UVA and also quiet and peaceful, situated within a beautiful garden area. The studio is beautiful, very clean and thoughtfully appointed. Hosts are kind and accessible while also respectful of privacy. Already thinking about when we can come back.

Long weekend retreat

The Honey House was a perfect retreat for our recent trip to Charlottesville to visit our daughter. The property was exactly as pictured and described on the VRBO website. We enjoyed the secluded location that was still a short driving distance from anywhere we wanted to go. The accommodations were super clean and comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and provided lots of information. We would definitely stay here in the future!

US History

We came to Charlottesville to visit some historical sites and chose to stay at Honey House. We made the right decision. We found the house to be clean, well equipped, easy check in and out, great communication with the owners and in a good location. The live plants inside the house helped to make it homey. Highly recommend 5 Star

Family wedding in Charlottesville

Our daughter was getting married in Charlottesville and she lives in OH and we were arriving from NC. The rest of the family and guests were all traveling so Honey House was our perfect retreat to plan, stage wedding items and share a meal with our new family members. Honey House is located about 10 minutes from great restaurants and stores. The house itself lives very comfortably and we rested very well and prepared meals in the well equipped kitchen. The front and rear porches are a wonderful place to sit back and relax while enjoying the beautiful location and wildlife. Super place if you’re a couple visiting Charlottesville!
