This is self catering private home. No perishable items are provided. Windsor at Westside is approximately 30 minute drive from the Orlando International Airport. This spacious 6 bedroom holiday villa can comfortably accommodate a larger family or group of up to 14 people. Enjoy the resort and villa with unique and distinct things to do around neighborhood.

We had a great trip! The property was as advertised and provided plenty of space as well as recreational activities with the game room, pool, and community amenities like the lazy river. I loved that there were so many rooms with queen beds since we had several adults! We would definitely stay again!

Overall, for the price, the home was a good fit with the right amenities. Disappointed that heat for the hot tub was an added fee. Owner did not follow up on requests for items that were supposed to be included in the home.Wear and tear on the home is notable but did not impact our stay. Make sure you go through the home on check in and let the owner know of any deficiency more than just normal wear and tear.

Accommdations were satisfactory. Jacuzzi did not function properly and we didn't have access to the grill. The house was very comfortable and a great location.

We would like to clarify that the pool/spa heat option, which powers the spa jets and heating system, was not added to the reservation despite several reminders sent before and during your stay. Without this optional service activated, the spa/jacuzzi features are not available. Similarly, the grill is an optional amenity that requires advance rental and was not included in the booking. This place was very nice and clean. The pool was very nice along with the jacuzzi. It’s very close to Disney World if you’re going there especially. Plenty of restaurants and fast food around to enjoy meals! The host is very communicative and would recommend this place!

Pool was rather cold the whole week. We paid for a heated pool but somehow it was not heated. House was nice and nice neighborhood. Some furniture outdated.

Thank you for your review and for staying with us. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the home and the neighborhood at Windsor at Westside Resort. I do want to address the pool heating concern, as I understand how important that is for a relaxing stay. During your visit (late March), we experienced an unusual cold front in Central Florida, with nighttime temperatures dropping into the 40s. While the pool heater was on and functioning, these conditions can significantly slow down heating and make it difficult for the pool to consistently reach typical temperatures especially overnight. The spa, however, does reach full temperature, though it may take a bit longer in cooler weather. A big pool takes more time. We always aim to be transparent about how weather can impact pool heating, and we’re continuing to look at ways to improve the guest experience during colder periods. We appreciate your stay and hope to host you again in warmer conditions for a much better pool experience.

Our stay was wonderful. Paul checked up on us the first day to make sure all was well. We thought that was a nice touch. The house had more than enough space for all of us and the kids loved the upstairs tv room and game room. Great location to walk to clubhouse pool too. A deciding factor for me is always a real hot tub and a warm pool. This house had both! And that’s not always easy to find. I have a daughter with raynauds and a husband with a bad back, so those are my non negotiables. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Paul for a wonderful place to stay

We had such a wonderful time. Our stay at this beautiful home was breathtaking… it was 9 ladies.. We didn’t leave the house because it was a relaxation weekend. The rooms were so spacious and plenty of bathrooms! Everything you see on the pictures is really what you will walk into. Our host was so responsive and nice. We were accommodated so well. We definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Orlando and the Disney Area.

Pre-Cruise short stay

House was in a great location. We only had 7 people in our party so we had tons of room and was very nice that there were 4 bathrooms too so we could all get ready at the same time. Would definitely recommend and come back to this house.

Great home

The house was freshly cleaned and the bedding was very clean. The walk to the pool clubhouse was very short. Pool and hot tub were great. Owner was so quick to respond anytime we messaged him.

Spring break vacation

Amazing house, location and host!

We had such a great time and the clubhouse pool and lazy river facilities were a hit for my nieces! Look forward to returning as soon as we can. Our host was quick too in responding to any of my questions and made this a stress free booking and stay.

Great Location

We had a great family trip to Disney at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Good number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool area was a nice relaxing feature.

Loved the house

We were impressed with this house. It was clean and the house delivered everything that was promised on the website. The pool area was wonderful as well. Paul was a very responsive host and we appreciated working with him ahead of our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. Everything was as expected and Paul was always so responsive to any questions we had. The house was clean, the pool was warm (we paid for pool heat in March), the clubhouse was just a short walk away. Everyone ages 3-65 enjoyed themselves and we made amazing family memories!

Very nice house

We really enjoyed our vacation and staying at the Windsor by west side resort was amazing. It was nice, updated, and spacious. It was a little far from everything like universal was like 35 mins away but other than that I loved my stay and the resort was really nice had a lot for the kids to do.
