Our home, just 100 yards from the Windsor Palms Resort club house and pool, was completely remodeled with the latest in contemporary furnishings and decor, plus new carpet and electronics. Come enjoy the amenities and seclusion of a private home, nestled off a quiet street in one of the nicest 24/7 manned gated communities near Disney.

Offering two master bedrooms with ensuite baths, two other bedrooms with shared bath, and a living room sleeper sofa, our home can accommodate 3 to 9 guests comfortably in 1,850 sq. ft., and comes completely furnished with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. We also offer free high-speed internet (download speed of 200 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps). Just bring your swimsuit and toothbrush.

Our spacious living room has a 46' HD TV, DVD, PS II game system and ceiling fan. You can also relax in our separate reading lounge. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan and three bedrooms have a 32' LCD TV. The fully furnished kitchen adjoins a separate dining area that overlooks the spectacular private pool and spa outside the lanai, which has a spacious covered private patio . The home also has a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Of course, you could always flip-flop over to the enormous pool and Jacuzzi at the Windsor Palms club house complete with regulation tennis, sand volleyball and basketball courts on the outside and movie theater, fitness room, arcade, billiards and mini-mart on the inside. If Disney wasn't so close, you'd be tempted to spend your entire vacation right here.

Universal Studios Family Trip

Wonderful stay. Family had fun in the pool and cooking on Christmas Day. Beds were comfy. It felt like we were home. Paul was very responsive and communicated quickly when we had questions. Neighborhood is quiet and family oriented.

Fun Getaway

Paul was a great host. We had a problem with the door lock and he stayed on top of it until it was fixed. Checked back in with us to see if we needed anything. Pool was great, we paid the extra for heating the spa and pool and it was worth it. Nice new refrigerator and microwave, kitchen was well stock and beds comfortable. Really enjoyed the clubhouse pool and jacuzzi also. Good televisions and lots of stations.

Holiday get away

Great long weekend in the Disney area. House had everything we needed. Only challenge was we had 3 cars and they were a tight fit on the driveway.

Great location

Great location and fully equipped kitchen. The pool was full of bugs and there are ants in the master bathroom. Overall we had a nice stay.

3 Nights at Windsor Palms

We had a great visit to Windsor Palms! The property is advertised and the pictures are accurate. We used the pool and hot tub every day. The kitchen is well equipped and all appliances worked perfectly. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds very comfortable. The bathrooms and the entire home were very clean. Our host, Paul was very available and gracious. The location is perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

The location of the property was very convenient close to all the attractions. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room will definitely keep this home in mind for future visits.

Great proximity to Disney

We booked this home as a place to stay during an event at Disney. The owner was nice to work with and very responsive. We had a minor electrical issue, and the property manager made sure it was fixed timely. My only criticism is that the towels are very worn and could be replaced. It was a great location that met our needs.

We Loved This Rental

Stop looking. Rent this house. We rent through VRBO several times a year in many locations. This house was perfect. Wonderful resort community with beautiful amenities. We paid a little extra for the pool and spa heat and enjoyed it very much. The pictures don't do it justice. We were in town for a field hockey tournament at ESPN WWO sports and the location was perfect. 5 stars for the kitchen set up. Everything you need without all the clutter. Plenty of space for our groceries. Bathrooms were upgraded. Master bedroom is huge and bed was so comfy. Linens were nice. This community has the nicest staff ever. I never saw trash people who loved their job this much! Communication with Paul was A+. Loved it, loved it! Thanks for throwing in the excellent weather.

Great 4 bedroom with large kitchen

This home is well maintained and comfortable for large families. The master closet is perfect for a pack n play, all the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen comes with all the basics (trash bags, dishwasher tabs, utinsels, some dry goods,etc) you need for your stay. We added the pool heat and noticed that it seems like the hot tub needed to be on for the heat, but it was great for our family. We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers, a 7 yo, 5yo, and toddler in our group. The kitchen was large enough to where multiple people could work in it at the same time. The neighborhood is quiet and gate access was easy!! Super close to all Disney attractions. The owner was very communicative and responsive. We would definitely consider staying here on our next trip to the area.

Great option close to Disney

We stayed the week between the holidays. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, the owner and manager could not be more helpful. We had a small snafu on New Years Day and both the owner and property manager were on it with great communication and service. I highly recommend this listing. I would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful place to stay!!!

We loved this home. It was close to Disney and Universal. Peaceful neighborhood and plenty of room for a family who enjoys a pool and lots of room. Great communication with Paul. I would highly recommend this property for fun in Florida.

Property and community were beautiful, the amenities I couldn't be more happier with. The beds were so comfy it was hard to get out of them. The kitchen was well stocked with basic needs. The pool and tub heated was amazing and just what my family needed after the long days of activity. My husband had surgery he was covering from still and I need a spinal fusion this summer, so little details like having comfortable beds and/or water therapies was important to us. This place had everything we needed. The property owner Paul was outstandingly kind and accommodating. We had one of our best vacations yet because of his kindness, and will definitely be visiting again if he will have us. The location was very close to all the Orlando activities and an hours drive to Cocoa Beach and the lagoons was worth every minute

Fantastic spot for Disney

lengthy stay review 26 nights

Overall I would give the property a 4.5 rating. First and foremost I have to say the owner of the property is extremely helpful and answered any question or problems promptly with a a positive attitude and a desire to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Any time it was necessary to contact him he responded immediately. He really cares about his property and his guests. We did experience a few issues with the air-conditioning and pool heat. The owner promptly and efficiently addressed the problems that can happen in any home. The kitchen has recently been remodeled and is fantastic. You would not need to bring anything with you as any kitchen need was provided. The only thing that I felt the place needed was with new bedroom carpets or a good shampooing. Also some repainting with respect to the baseboards. I did not bring this to the owners attention while we were there. We tried to treat this place like we would our home. My guests that visited us had a wonderful time. This place is worth the visit. Thank you Paul for the use of your home

We live and work in Novi, Michigan, just outside Detroit. Our three adult children all live in Boston, MA. They all enjoy soccer, basketball and overseas travel. I enjoy cooking and my wife enjoys baking.

We were fortunate to buy our home in Windsor Palms in March, 2009, to enjoy all Orlando has to offer. In a nutshell, we bought our home for the doorstep proximity to Disney and the amazing amenities of Windsor Palms. Within a 24/7 manned gated community, we know our children and our home are safe while we enjoy all the activities and relaxation Windsor Palms offers. We greatly enjoyed remodeling and updating our home so our guests can enjoy their vacation in comfort and style.
