Our home, just 100 yards from the Windsor Palms Resort club house and pool, was completely remodeled with the latest in contemporary furnishings and decor, plus new carpet and electronics. Come enjoy the amenities and seclusion of a private home, nestled off a quiet street in one of the nicest 24/7 manned gated communities near Disney.

Offering two master bedrooms with ensuite baths, two other bedrooms with shared bath, and a living room sleeper sofa, our home can accommodate 3 to 9 guests comfortably in 1,850 sq. ft., and comes completely furnished with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. We also offer free high-speed internet (download speed of 200 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps). Just bring your swimsuit and toothbrush.

Our spacious living room has a 46' HD TV, DVD, PS II game system and ceiling fan. You can also relax in our separate reading lounge. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan and three bedrooms have a 32' LCD TV. The fully furnished kitchen adjoins a separate dining area that overlooks the spectacular private pool and spa outside the lanai, which has a spacious covered private patio . The home also has a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Of course, you could always flip-flop over to the enormous pool and Jacuzzi at the Windsor Palms club house complete with regulation tennis, sand volleyball and basketball courts on the outside and movie theater, fitness room, arcade, billiards and mini-mart on the inside. If Disney wasn't so close, you'd be tempted to spend your entire vacation right here.

Fun Disney Trip

We had a great time at the property. It was clean and comfortable,.perfect for our needs. There was an issue with the key pad, but Paul and the property management helped us quickly. It was a great trip.

Universal Studios Family Trip

Wonderful stay. Family had fun in the pool and cooking on Christmas Day. Beds were comfy. It felt like we were home. Paul was very responsive and communicated quickly when we had questions. Neighborhood is quiet and family oriented.

Family vacation

Fantastic spot for Disney

We had such a relaxing stay! Enjoyed the pool at the house everyday. The house was the perfect place to have a space of our own while also enjoying the parks.

Wonderful place to stay!!!

We loved this home. It was close to Disney and Universal. Peaceful neighborhood and plenty of room for a family who enjoys a pool and lots of room. Great communication with Paul. I would highly recommend this property for fun in Florida.

Fun Getaway

Paul was a great host. We had a problem with the door lock and he stayed on top of it until it was fixed. Checked back in with us to see if we needed anything. Pool was great, we paid the extra for heating the spa and pool and it was worth it. Nice new refrigerator and microwave, kitchen was well stock and beds comfortable. Really enjoyed the clubhouse pool and jacuzzi also. Good televisions and lots of stations.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay and had the best time in pool. Due to COVID-19 we decided to stay in and just enjoy the home. This was a wonderful location close to all restaurant and parks. We will be back!!!!

Very good stay and support

We are very glad we stayed there. The owner was constantly in touch with us and we felt very welcomed. This house was an excellent choice. It is very close to the Disney attractions and had all the accessories we needed and a spacious pool which our kids loved. A quick trip to Publix was all we needed to get the house ready for our five-day stay. Will definitely stay there again.

Great proximity to Disney

We booked this home as a place to stay during an event at Disney. The owner was nice to work with and very responsive. We had a minor electrical issue, and the property manager made sure it was fixed timely. My only criticism is that the towels are very worn and could be replaced. It was a great location that met our needs.

Excellent house condition, very good pool facility, best location in town for Disney Theme Parks. Easy of access and registration. Very friendly and communicative host. Will do it again for more extended period.

Perfect Family Getaway

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to utilize your property for our family vacation. The house did not meet expectations, it exceeded it. The kitchen is even more updated than the photos reflect. The house and pool are the perfect size for a small to medium sized family or group. It’s is centrally located to shopping, parks, local activities and more restaurants than you can imagine. Love this property and will seek to rebook for future travels.

Loved it!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this four bedroom home. Paul was wonderful to work with. He answered our emails within minutes! The house was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was clean and the outdoor furniture was new and comfortable. Overall, a great value and we would recommend!

Clean & Comfortable

Felt like home! Very close to parks, restaurants, everything. This home is comfortable, spacious, and clean. A real stress reducer after a long hot day in the park. We were able to stretch out and not be on top of each other as we would have been at a hotel. Both the owner and management company were professional and accommodating.

We live and work in Novi, Michigan, just outside Detroit. Our three adult children all live in Boston, MA. They all enjoy soccer, basketball and overseas travel. I enjoy cooking and my wife enjoys baking.

In a nutshell, we bought our home for the doorstep proximity to Disney and the amazing amenities of Windsor Palms. Within a 24/7 manned gated community, we know our children and our home are safe while we enjoy all the activities and relaxation Windsor Palms offers. We greatly enjoyed remodeling and updating our home so our guests can enjoy their vacation in comfort and style.
