Enchanting Property in Heart of Apple Hill

Escape to tranquility and feel a million miles away from it all but only minutes to everything. Private room attached to main house with separate entrance. Property has pond, waterfalls and garden. King size bed with closet and drawers. Coffee, tea, wine, snacks and water included. Has a sink, mini refrigerator and microwave. Private parking, patio and entrance. We have two friendly dogs on the property. If bringing pets or children, please contact us and we can make sure the arrangements will work. All grounds are available to enjoy. One flight of stairs from the parking area. Very quiet with as little or as much interaction with owners as you would like.

I was fortunate to secure this room in 2021 during my October visit to the Apple Hill wineries. It was unavailable over the past few years so I was happy to stay in 2026. Gorgeous grounds and very comfortable room. If you can get this room, jump on it!

This darling clean log cabin studio was the bottom floor of a 3 story home. Total privacy, nice patio and view of the goats, chickens that come to visit and a beautiful big mello dog. Even had the hosts little dog lead the way to parking, pretty cute. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. It truly is in the heart of Apple Hill.

Night in the woods

We loved that it was tucked away in a beautiful setting among the trees. Our room was right below their beautiful home just a few steps down. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for a good nights rest. We would definitely stay here again!

Little peace of Heaven

Beautiful piece of property. A quiet place to relax and enjoy Nature. Close to town with lots of interesting shops , plenty of restaurants to choose from. Definitely would recommend this VRBO.

Great location, beautiful property.

We really liked the place. Was conveniently located in Apple Hill area and close to wineries and not too far from downtown placerville. Very woodsy and relaxed area to sit outside of the room.

Outstanding place to stay!

Before arrival and during my stay the communication with the owner was very smooth and pleasant. The property itself was exactly as advertised… a very nice bedroom suite with amenities right in the heart of Camino wine country. I could not have asked for a better experience and highly recommend these accommodations for anyone looking for peace and quiet with easy access to town and great wi e experiences.

Enchanting 23 acres in Apple Hill. Minutes from Placerville, wineries and orchards. Easy weekend get away from Sacramento and 45 minutes to Tahoe. The pond, waterfalls and trees are mesmerizing. You can sit, relax and listen to the sounds of nature. You feel like you have entered another world but close to everything.

Room is beautiful with a very comfortable bed. You will have your own entrance, parking and sitting area. You are welcome to use and enjoy the grounds as much as you want.
