Cozy guest house on 5 acres of gorgeous property. Located in a beautiful countryside, close to the American river activities, gorgeous hiking and sightseeing. The property offers 2 seasonal ponds, lots of wild life, beautiful natural landscape. You will have an access to the hot tub, bbq, laundry room. You can bring your four legged friends with you. You also have an access to the pond house (attached in the pictures). It`s a relaxing area with furniture, electric fireplace, pond and a piano.

Relaxing

This was exactly the getaway we needed. The unit was cleaned, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and welcoming. The property was so beautiful and well kept. We cannot wait to go back!

Great Stay and Awesome Hosts

My husband and I stayed during Christmas week and the hosts were so hospitable! They have dogs and a turtle on the property which was the highlight for me. The amenities were great as well samsung tv and fridge. Perfect little get away!

Spring has sprung!

Chris and Victoria are wonderful hosts. Arrival information was sent promptly (at least a day before arrival) and clear. It looked just like the photos, but was somehow even better. Very cozy, comfortable and clean. Loved the outdoor seating. We hope to return.

Amazingly wonderful and peaceful

The best stay thus far!!! The host, deserves more than a 5 star. He was super helpful, kind, friendly and so accommodating!!! We will definitely go back and plan on visiting his other site!!!

Very relaxing

We had a great time at Christopher’s property! He made us feel right at home. We brought two dogs and they loved being able to explore the land. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect studio

This is a great spot. It had everything we needed, everything was extremely clean, Chris was available if we needed him but gave us our space. Kitchen was fully stocked and the bed was comfortable, parking was easy, just a smooth seamless experience.

Awesome location

This house is a little hidden, Jim.My girlfriend and I spent the weekend and enjoyed the wonderful property and christopher was wonderful to work with definitely willrecommend staying again

Clean countryside guest house.

Nice guest house in the countryside. Very clean and well taken care of. Close to the river and a short drive to town for supplies. Hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

Absolutely loved this property and guest house. It had everything we could possibly think of! Just wish we had more then 1 night to be there. We will definitely be back and stay longer the next time. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this place

We had a good stay

Our host was accommodating, and the place was very clean and well equipped. There’s a charming African tortoise and a small herd of friendly dogs. The place is a bit remote from downtown Placerville (maybe 20 minutes?), but well situated to the American River.

Birthday Weekend

Went away for my partner’s birthday. Great property with a beautiful hot tub. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We brought our dog and cat, they had a great time. We will definitely be back!

The property was very nice. The host showed lots of hospitality towards me and my wife. The area was very beautiful with a beautiful pond the property was very spacious if you like to take walks and is extremely dog friendly. You can bring your dog and have lots of fun there with them. We definitely will be back in the summer time with the whole family.

Such an awesome stay

Chris is honestly the best host we’ve ever had & ever will. He’s such a cool guy & his property is lovely! Super clean place & nicely stocked, beautiful outdoors & everything was so easy. He let my son pet his tortoise Leo, it was such a great time. I wish we would’ve booked the whole weekend but we’ll be back soon. Can’t wait.
