64 Ludlow #104 is a first floor condo with a private entrance and private large Saratoga porch, located just four blocks from the race track and within walking distance from downtown. Approximately 650 square feet, this 1 bedroom, 1 full bath unit includes an open concept layout, hardword floors and lots of natural light. This historic, 10-unit condo building offers off street parking, coin-operated washer/dryer in common area. All utilities are included in the rental fee. No pets are allowed.

Tom and Debbie were great hosts! The place was located in a lovely neighborhood and very close to both the race track and downtown Saratoga. We loved the porch area and parking was very easy. 10/10 would recommend!

Saratoga long weekend away

We loved the charm of the condo and the history of the house. It was great for walking downtown and to the track to see the horses. Would def stay again. Thank you! In the heart of Saratoga

Wonderful Location & Perfect Accommodations

The location was amazing, walkable to the track and downtown. The condo is in a historic building in a quiet upscale neighborhood. Parking was not a problem even though it was a busy track weekend. Private parking lot or safe street parking. Check-in & out was super easy. Owner Tom had excellent communication & instructions for everything needed. Condo was very clean and well-appointed. Loved reading all the racing memorabilia! The private porch was a great plus and so relaxing. Thanks Tom & Debbie for the excellent accommodations for the Belmont at Saratoga!

Saratoga Serenity

The property was just what I needed to make my return visit to upstate NY a relaxing one. The property was exactly as shown and the owners communicated clearly for any additional instructions. Loved the hardwood floods with their occasional creaks, the personal horse racing decor, and spacious brdroom, but the porch was hands down the favorite place in the house. We utilized it for conversation, relaxation, drinks and even reading while the rain danced on the lawn. It was a wonderful trip. Thank you

We have stayed here before and enjoyed our stay. Loved the openness of the living space.

Great location. Enjoyed sitting on the outside porch enjoying a cup pf coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening.

Back to Saratoga

We went for reunion weekend and wanted to be walking distance to Skidmore and downtown. This location was absolutely perfect and coffee on the porch in the morning was the best way to start the day.

Location Location Location

1/2-3/4 mile walk to the track, to town, and to our favorite restaurant, The Old Bryan Inn. The condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. Looking foreword to returning in the future.
