Great house neat and clean. Close to the track and downtown. Convenient location. All the comforts of home. Great backyard deck…Hosts Tim and Lynn are great. This was our 3rd year staying there hope to be back next year…

We had an excellent stay! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Lynn was a wonderful host—her communication was prompt, clear, and helpful! The location was perfect, and the amenities provided made our visit comfortable and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

The property was fantastic. Perfect for our 4-day getaway to Saratoga. Great location to get to downtown, the track, the casino, and the state park. The listing was spot on. House was super cute and clean. It had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet. Lynn was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Perfect Stay Near Town – Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

This rental was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the amenities. The location was perfect: close to town, the market, the park, and some fantastic restaurants. We really appreciated how easy everything was from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again!

Sweet house! Cozy rooms, nice bathroom, and a short walk to shops and restaurants, with downtown SS just a bit further on. We were there for a wedding and didn’t spend too much time there but a welcome respite at the end of the day.

Perfect Getaway

This is a lovely, cozy home perfect for visiting Saratoga Springs. The house has everything you need, it is close to Broadway and all the restaurants and shopping, and close to SPAC. We definitely will stay here again!

Our stay here was PERFECT! The house is walking distance to downtown and 5 minute drive to the performing arts center or racetrack. Everything was updated and immaculate and the backyard fire pit under the stars in a quiet neighborhood made for the perfect ending to a busy day. We will definitely be back!

Only compliments to the hosts for this most enjoyable stay! The home is conveniently located, cozy, clean, comfortable, and is full of homey touches. It's clear that thought and effort went into considering what guests would appreciate. And we did. Would gladly stay here again. And hope to.

Great Getaway!

This was a wonderful place located in a very convenient spot. We were able to cruise around Saratoga and take in all the things we were there for! Thanks for a great stay and for being awesome hosts!

Weekend at the races!!!

Property is great. Clean, neat everything you need for a short stay. Great outside deck. Quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown, races and great restaurants. This was our second visit and plan to return next year…Thanks

Saratoga Weekend

Two night stay during racing season. Quiet area that was a close drive to the track. It also introduced us to the immediate vicinity which was very nice.

The four of us thought the house was very comfortable and well-appointed. The bathroom and shower were very nice! The kitchen had everything we needed to fix a big family dinner! We found the location of the house to be convenient to Broadway and the Farmer’s Market and the Skidmore campus. I highly recommend this property and the owners couldn’t be more friendly!!
