This villa is large 2 bedroom unit on the ground floor with view of the golf course, pool and beautiful pond with lit fountain. Step out your backdoor to the pool
The beach and all resort amenities are a quick 5 minute walk or take a short ride on the complimentary trams.

At the beachfront resort you will find a gorgeous Lagoon Pool, 4 hot tubs, poolside bar and grill, Paradise Pizza, Starbucks, ice cream shop & bakery as well as the market. This property rents Saturday to Saturday or monthly in the off season.

Great place

Great villa love the pool and tram stop were right there at the room . Very clean and very quick response time back from host . Overall great experience and if needed will rent again .

Awesome beach getaway

This was our second year staying at this property. We love the setup of the villa. It’s so convenient to lots of options for entertainment and food and you can’t beat having a pool where you can watch the teenagers play from the patio.

Nicely updated, beautifully decorated. Well stocked with everything you need from the kitchen to the beach. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great family place

Property as described. Pool right out the door for quiet swimming or go to the big fantastic pool on site. Everyone there very nice, shuttle service to and from pool was a great feature when you have children. We plan to return and hopefully stay in the same condo. Owner was very easy to work with.

Condo was fine- location is amazing

The condo was dirty upon arrival and I notified Tammy immediately to which she replied she has never had a complaint. The check in and check out process was great. We have stayed at Edgewater many times, but this was an average stay. Nothing stood out about this condo except the proximity to the small pool. Otherwise, there were no kids dishes, pack and play, or anything to accommodate kiddos.

Perfect

This condo was centrally located between the two ball fields. Made our commute easy. The walk to the beach was a close enough when the cart was unavailable. The pool was literally right outside the back door and never crowded. If we come back I would definitely try to book this place again.

Exceeded expectations!

Beautiful place and absolutely prime location! Lots of fun places and great food right across the street from the entrance. The shuttle is very convenient, especially for going across the pedestrian bridge to the beach. Host was always in touch and very accommodating for our family. We had an amazing stay and have recommended this place to other family members. Hope to be staying here again!

Villa Edgewater

Our villa was in an excellent location and very quiet and well maintained. Tammy was an amazing host and answered any questions quickly. She had everything you might need in the kitchen utensils and pans to cook nearly anything you needed. It was a great stay!

This was very nice place.

The place was very nice. It had everything u need and more. It was very convenient and so close to everything. Quiet and family oriented. Tammy was awesome and one phone call away. I will stay here again.

Great Resort

Beautiful setting, pool right behind condo. Easy parking in front of condo. Golf cart tram every 15 minutes to the beach and larger pool. Beach access easy and 4 chairs and umbrellas were provided (in closet) and were great. There was a leak under the kit sink, owner said previous occupant would not allow access, but didn’t follow through with repair while we were there. We had to keep making sure the water wasn’t over-flowing. Master shower needs seal around tub replaced, it’s moldy. Guest bedroom, one bed frame squeaks considerably. Only one roll of TP per bathroom, so bring some! Grocery and restaurant’s nearby. Walmart is the best prices, and really close.

Loved it!!!

We loved this villa. The kitchen was great with all the utensils, pots and pans, etc. that we needed. The location was really nice and near the pool. We are sad to leave, we enjoyed the month we stayed here. The Edgewater Resort is a fantastic place to stay.

Great summer vacation! Beautiful condo!

The condo has recently been redecorated and was just as described. Hope we can stay here again! The only issue we had was checking in at the guard gate. They only had one temporary parking pass for the condo and my daughter got it because she arrived first. Fortunately, we arrived this year before the main office closed and they were able to give us both of the passes that I paid for. Don’t know what we would have done if the office had been closed because the guard was not going to let us in, even after I showed him the email from the owner. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation with family!

Neighbors can make or break your trip

While the condo is in a great location and in great condition, the neighbors in this resort are a little sketchy. The unit above us had people moving chairs and dragging things non-stop at night. I communicated that to the owner but never got the acknowledgment nor any kind of response. Luckily they would stop at 10 pm, so we just dealt with the annoyance. I think the walls are paper thin so if you have noisy neighbors, you are in big trouble. On the positive side, the staff in the resort is very friendly and helpful, the kitchen in this condo is well stocked with almost all appliances and cooking gadgets. There is nothing left over from previous renters in terms of food, not even salt and pepper, so make sure to bring everything food related. Having the pool right in front of the unit is definitely a perk. We loved hanging out at our balcony and having breakfast there in the mornings.
