Lots of mold in both showers. The location to our event was the reason we stayed, but will likely look elsewhere for next year. This condo in particular had only exactly the bare minimum of things. 6 plates, 6 bowls, 6 spoons, etc. We won't choose this one again. It wasn't bad. It worked, but there is much nicer available for the same price or less.

Great location

This villa was a great location on resort. We were there for dance competition and venue was a short walk. It was so convenient to park right outside villa. I was disappointed that the second bedroom only had one bed, not two that was in the property description.

Fall break 2023

The place was very clean and a short little walk across the bridge to the beach. The pools were so fun for the kids. The only complaint i have was that a couple of the guards at the gate were rude. The host was very easy to communicate with.

Convenient & pleasant

The location was convenient to convention center for our event. We had to purchase a hairdryer due to the one on the room was faulty and smelled electrical when in use. We called about problems with both toilets and hairdryer and no one called or came by to resolve issues. Otherwise, we had a great trip and would stay there again.

Less beds than they advertise

The listing said they had to king beds in one room and then a queen bed and sofa they do not have two king beds so one less bed than listed

The only problem was the floors were not clean and I think your over charged on the cleaning fee because I was the one doing all the cleaning all the cleaning people do is come in at the end of your stay and wash sheets and towels and to the washer is to small
