Property was great. Rooms were clean, host was very responsive and helpful and the location is ideal. Walkable to shops and restaurants at nearby hotels. Will definitely stay here again.

We love staying at the wailea beach villas It’s like a home away from home. The proximity to the beach and the shops makes it the perfect place to stay. Everything you need is within walking distance.

Great stay

We had a great time staying here. The place had plenty of room and great amenities. Very family friendly and still had quiet places for adults only.

A wonderful experience

We had a quick weeklong family vacation trip and enjoyed our stay at the Villa. We have stayed there many times and as usual it did not disappoint.

Wonderful!!!

Our family of 3 loved our stay in this unit at WBV. This property is fantastic. Clean on arrival, great welcome and beautiful accommodations that are stocked for a very comfortable stay. The convenience to the beach, shops and restaurants can’t be beat. We would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed having such a wonderful space to enjoy our family vacation. Accommodations were superb. This was our second vacation enjoying Wailea Beach Villas. We will be back. Location, accommodations and staff are wonderful.

Great Oasis

We were there for a conference next door at the Marriott but staying in this unit (for the second year in a row) gave us a perfect retreat from the day-to-day commotion of the venue. Always impeccably maintained and supplied!

Maui in February!

Great stay for my wife and two daughters. Property was perfect and everything went smoothly. Monique helped us check in and she was outstanding. Five Stars for her too! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Gorgeous property in fabulous location

This unit was spectacular! Clean, roomy, everything you could need was provided. They even brought me a cocktail shaker when I asked if there was one there.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Wonderful stay in Wailea Beach Villas

Communication from the Coldwell Banker property management team was thoughtful and thorough from pre check in, through the stay to checkout. Kai, Kaitlin, and Allison provided top service and made us feel welcome after a long trip. The property was amazing, grounds were immaculate, and property services and concierge were all above expectations. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again in the future. Mahalo!

Maui get away

The condo and property are beautiful. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed which was appreciated. It was not an issue for us but the walk to the pool could be difficult for some people as there is a hill to the pool/beach area. We had a great stay and enjoyed many parts of Maui.
