Located on 33 acres of beautiful terraced property with breathtaking landscaped grounds in the heart of world renowned Wailea, Maui. The 1 bedroom, 2 bath, fully-equipped Condo has a lovely ocean view and is located just a short stroll to the beachfront pool & pavilion that is situated on the pristine white sandy beach, Keawakapu. Enjoy the 'quiet pool' within steps of the condo and evening sunsets from the lanai.
Two propane barbeque facilities are available adjacent to the quiet pool and picketball court just a few steps from the unit. In addition, a number of barbeque facilities are located at the main pavilion as an excellent spot should you want to entertain..

Take morning and sunset strolls along Wailea’s famed beach walk that winds along Wailea’s beautiful coastline fronting many of the five-star hotels and the Shops at Wailea.

When the owners purchased this Unit, they had the pick of the complex. They chose this Unit for the following reasons:

Great & clean property very close to the beach!

Very nice property- lots of extras that were much appreciated! Beach chairs & toys, washer & dryer with detergent. Short walk to a fabulous beach. Very impressed!

Excellent accomodations

The property was clean and was perfectly located with a beach and a pool which we frequented often. The experience could not have been better. I would highly recommend the unit to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the island

Relaxing Retreat

We enjoyed staying in this property after Christmas. The location of unit was perfect and great proximate to both the beach and main pool area. Roger was extremely helpful and communication was always timely. Only recommendation to the owner would be to replace the beach chairs and clothing drying rack as they were rusted and moldy so we didn't use during our stay. We would definitely come back in the future

Condo is nicely situated. There is a large grassy area in front as well as a "quiet" pool and pickle ball courts. Ocean view from the lanai.

Great location In proximity to the beach

Overall great for quick walks to the beach and pool. Plenty of toys for the sand, pickle ball court. Clean. Comfortable beds. Good showers. Beautiful views. Well air conditioned.

Great place. Will stay in complex again.

Very nice lower pool. Full kitchen in common area. Great beach. Had to drag myself away from the property since it had all I wanted for this trip. Pure relaxation. Highly recommend.

Excellent unit!

Wonderfully kept unit in a great quiet location! Loved the privacy and view. Truly enjoyed grilling on the lanai and swimming in the nearby quiet pool. Furnishings are all very comfortable and exceed expectations. Everything we needed was organized, clean and functional.

Our second home

We stayed now for the third winter in this condo. It is like our second home. It has a good size for a couple and we like the two terraces. The big terrace has a nice view including for the sunset and the small terrace is nicely secluded and shady in the afternoon. The walk to the beautiful beach is not too long and leads through nice and well tended gardens. The owner was quickly responsive to any questions or issues that came up.

Really nice condo

We have stayed in many condos in this complex and I have to say this is one of the nicest we have stayed in. The owner is great, we had a question about something and he got right back to us. It is really close to one of the small pools and also very close to the beach. The bed was very comfortable also. We will keep this one in mind for the future.

Return to paradise!

My husband and I are lucky to have Wailea ekahi 28c as our home away from home for quite a few years now. Once we saw the value and location, we could not fathom staying anywhere else on maui. We visit twice per year and are consistently and pleasantly comfortable with Roger’s condo. View comfort convenience peace and quiet and thoughtful housekeeping touches make this a superb choice. Mahalo and blessings always!

Perfect Relaxation

My wife and I stayed in this condo for seven days and enjoyed every moment. The condo and lanai's (yes, there are two; one that is private just outside the bedroom, and the other accessible from kitchen and living room) are set in such a way that provides optimal views and privacy. Comfortable and well equipped, this condo is set up for perfect relaxation. Enjoy!

Busy relaxing

Our Wailea home was well equipped and had comfortable spaces inside and out. We barely noticed our neighbors. Ekahi Village is beautifully landscaped and maintained. It is relaxed and low key - quite a contrast from large, busy resorts. Pool and pickle-ball court were very close and the Pavilion and beach access a short walk away. We found water-sport rentals and several very good restaurants walking distance along the beach. We are looking forward to our next visit!

A Great Two Weeks

Nicely furnished, quiet and very well equipped condo. A/C works fine. Bed very comfortable. Enjoyed relaxing in the lanai and viewing outstanding sunsets. Excellent kitchen for fixing meals. Second bathroom very much appreciated. Grounds beautiful and very well maintained. Short walk to beach and close to other beaches, shopping and restaurants. Our host, Roger, was very nice and helpful.

Wailea Ekahi Paradise in Wailea

The condo is beautifully appointed with all the amenities and more. The ocean view from the patio whether with sunrise coffee or sunset pupus and wine is stunning. The location is perfect for beach or swimming pool access and the grounds are a delight with tropical blooms, orchids, and sprawling manicured lawns. The condo has snorkel gear, boogie boards, and beach chairs along with an umbrella and beach towels. Many great restaurants are close by and the Shops at Wailea are fun to browse. There is a beautiful paved walkway to the left of the property along the beachfront hotels for a morning or evening stroll or work-out. We had a wonderful visit and will return again soon. What a "jewel" this place is!

Another perfect stay

This was second time we spent the winter months at this lovely place. The location is ideal. It's close to our favorite beach, near the pool, with fantastic views of the ocean and the gorgeous Maui sunsets. The condo's kitchen has everything you need to cook. The bed is comfortable. The bathrooms are roomy with big fluffy bath towels. There are boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, "noodles", beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, umbrellas, and huge beach towels. There's always plenty of parking within steps of the door. We really had everything we needed for a relaxing, wonderful stay. Thank you again, Roger, for making this another great winter in Maui. We will see you again next year.

Total relaxation and perfect sunsets

We stay in this lovely condo every winter. It has everything you need for a perfect Maui experience. The "quiet pool" is just a few steps away. The beautiful white sand beach beach is within easy walking distance or a 1 minute drive. The well equipped kitchen and gas grill make cooking meals at home easy. There's a lovely view of the ocean and the spectacular Maui sunsets from the living room, kitchen, and lanai. We like that it is on ground level with parking close to the door, so there are no steps (one of us has mobility problems). The grounds are well kept and lush with plants, trees, and flowers. Highly recommended! (Thank you, Roger, for always making our stay here perfect!)
