GREAT LOCATION . WONDERFUL MORNING AND EVENING OCEAN VIEWS. LOCATED NEXT TO ONE OF THE 'QUIET' POOLS FOR AFTERNOON COOLING OFF.
PLEASE NOTE :The pavilion pool will be closed Monday August 10th thru Thursday August 15, 2026 for pool resurfacing. Beach access will not be available from the pavilion however pedestrian traffic will be directed to the pubic beach access right next door. The fitness center ,kitchen, BBQ's, will be accessable. The smaller Quiet pool fronting your rental will be open .
Located on 33 acres of beautiful terraced property with breathtaking landscaped grounds in the heart of world renowned Wailea, Maui. The 1 bedroom, 2 bath, fully-equipped Condo has a lovely ocean view and is located just a short stroll to the beachfront pool & pavilion that is situated on the pristine white sandy beach, Keawakapu. Enjoy the 'quiet pool' within steps of the condo and evening sunsets from the lanai.
Two propane barbeque facilities are available adjacent to the quiet pool and picketball court just a few steps from the unit. In addition, a number of barbeque facilities are located at the main pavilion as an excellent spot should you want to entertain..

We were looking for a quiet getaway on Maui and this place was perfect! Morning coffee on the lanai with a cool breeze, easy walk to the beach, and the pool just steps away. The layout is lovely for two people, spacious and well appointed. Highly recommended!

This condo unit was very clean, comfortable and in a very convenient spot on Maui. The accommodations were as described, and the unit was very well appointed. We cooked in several nights. We put to good use the beach chairs, umbrella and towels as we tried to visit as many different beaches as possible. Would highly recommend 28C for your next family vacation.

This was our first time staying at Wailea Ekahi and now we understand why people never leave. Great condo, pool, beach, and pickle ball courts. We can’t wait to come back again!

Location was perfect…. Short walk to beautiful beach… choice of 3 pools ( I heated -bonus) Unit was clean and contained all necessary kitchen gear to prepare some meals! Quick 3 min drive to outdoor shopping plaza with higher end shops, and amazing shaved ice! Nice home base from which to explore the island- rental car is a must in Maui! Lots of scenic drives and hidden gems to discover at your own pace.

Gem of a condo
Such an enjoyable location to stay. The condo was just lovely, very quiet and peaceful. Loved the pavilion and the easy walk to the beach. We highly recommend this wonderful place

Great location in Wailea, easy access to the beach. Pools were clean, refreshing and enough chairs when we went down. Nice view of ocean. Property is very close to the beachside walking path that takes you south in front of many beautiful properties and hotels. I enjoyed the comfortable lounge chairs on the patio facing the ocean. The bed was comfortable, quiet, plenty of supplies if needed, cooler, beach chairs, shopping bags because stores are bring you own or you will be charged. Can walk to a nice small grocery store. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies and appreciated the condiments in the refrigerator. We never had an issue so didn't need to contact the host. I would only ask for a metal grill spatula for grilling-maybe we just didn't find it. There were 2 nearby grills, propane or electric. I would definitely recommend this VRBO and would love to come back for a longer stay-we were here for only 3 nights.

Lovely condo in a great location. We normally stay at the Palms, but wanted something closer to the beach this time. This was one of the best stocked condos we have ever stayed in. Just about everything you could need was there, especially in the kitchen. We made use of 3 of the 4 pools, the beach chairs and beach. Sadly we didn't find time for pickle ball but we will when we return.

Loved it !
Loved the property, the location, the condo, the neighborhood, the beach. We had a wonderful time. I would recommend anybody staying there. I would stay there again in the future.

Excellent accomodations
The property was clean and was perfectly located with a beach and a pool which we frequented often. The experience could not have been better. I would highly recommend the unit to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the island

Great & clean property very close to the beach!
Very nice property- lots of extras that were much appreciated! Beach chairs & toys, washer & dryer with detergent. Short walk to a fabulous beach. Very impressed!

Loads of space
The property is spacious with lots of storage and a great layout. Fantastic view. There is a lovely lawn right in front of the patio for hours of enjoyment by the kids and adults. Short walk to all the amenities. Great location!! Defintely would stay there again!

Wonderful property
Relaxing week in paradise!! Having a fully furnished / functional condo makes it so easy to relax and unwind. Short walk to the beach and a pool just a few steps away.

Lovely Unit
We had a great stay - the unit is very nice - clean, well-stocked, nicely-furnished and comfortable, with a great view of the ocean beyond one of the quiet pools.

Wonderful condo
Perfect location in beautiful Ekahi Village. Easy walk to pool pavilion and beach. Feels very private. Unit has everything you need. Have already booked another stay.
