Fun family vacation

This was our second time staying at this unique mountain retreat. The house is spacious and has a lot to do (pool, tennis, basketball, woods, game room, board games, ping pong/pool table, media room). It’s also close to Camelback and other fun things to do offsite in the Poconos. The owner Sharon is very responsive and provides a lot of amenities (all linens, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, paper towels), which is a big plus. We hope to go back again next year!

Pleasant Country Stay

The house was one floor and the back surrounds a kidney shaped pool. The rooms are spacious. There are two large screen TVs. There are several games, a ping pong, and several gaming tables. They also have a playground, tennis courts, and a fire pit. It is located near several water parks and an outlet.

Nice secluded property

My family and I had a wonderful week at this unique home. The house was clean upon arrival and had plenty of space for the 14 of us. The host was very responsive without being intrusive. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the extra refrigerator came in very handy. The supply of wood was awesome, as we had fires going inside and outside all week. Thanks for a great week!

Spacious house for large group

Lots of space for our large mixed group. There were enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. Conveniently located near town for any grocery needs. Lots of stuff to cook with. We didn't use the hot tub (it's in an enclosed patio space so was very cold outside), but we used the tennis court for pickleball. I imagine this house is even nicer in the snow and summer.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Yes both winter and summer seasons there are many fun activities to enjoy right on our property. The patio is fully enclosed and is adjacent to the house. So no wind can break through, so once inside the hot tub, it won’t feel overheated. Thank you again for being our valued guests and hope to have you back another time!

Secluded Getaway

We absolutely loved the outdoor space of this property. We utilized the pool everyday as well as the tennis court. The fire pit and supply of wood provided a great night of s’mores and laughing around the fire. Inside the rooms were spacious and we all congregated around the dining room table for games and meals. Sharon was quick to respond with any questions we had!

Cheers to a successful family getaway and I look forward to have you all back again too. Booking in advance don’t necessarily mean better rates, but it does secure the dates you need and most often more rental choices—but we are glad you’ve chosen us and you are very welcome :)

Great place for a large group

Had an excellent experience with a group of 13 friends. The house was clean and had more than enough amenities - plenty of beds, bathrooms, and showers. Our group plays a lot of board games and appreciated the large tables available. Hot tub, sauna, and fire pit were all fantastic to have as well. The owners left notes all around the house with information - wifi password, hot tub guidance, check out procedure, etc. Made everything very simple.

Quick ski trip

We arrived with 3 sick teens who got food poisoning on the way up to the rental. The owners were nice enough to let us check in early so we could get settled. We were only there 2 nights to ski at Camelback, which is about a 20 minute drive. We had 4 families for a total of 13 people and there was more than enough room in the house for us! There are endless rooms with all you could need for indoor and outdoor fun. It is not a pretentious place so you feel very comfortable and it's easy to settle in. I'd love to come back in the summer to use the pool, bball court and tennis courts!

Spring Break with Grandkids

Great house to keep the grandkids (ages 10-12) occupied. After the hot tub, pool table (easily converted to ping pong table), poker table, game room with air hockey, basketball hoops and foosball, and the TV room complete with comfy reclining seats and blankets, everyone fell asleep in the comfy beds stylishly outfitted with nice bedding. And when you are not inside, there's an amazing outside pool, tennis courts and fire pit (too much snow for us). In the winter, hiking through the woods to a beautiful stream on the property was loads of fun for the kids. We also saw deer and hawks in the woods. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Great fun by all.

Spacious, quiet, and clean

We spent a long weekend in Oct with 15 adults, 2 babies, and 1 pup and had a wonderful time. The house is huge, bedrooms were spread throughout the property, and each of the rooms was well appointed. The sunroom and sauna was a crowd favorite. It was very clean, came with plenty of towels and amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner). We cooked all our meals in the roomy kitchen which was next to the dining room which was next to the living room. There’s even a hidden wet bar behind one of the walls in the living room, although we didn’t notice til we left so didn’t use it. Sharon was super accommodating and very responsive. Thank you for a great time!
