- Grill & Fire Pit: Gourmet 5-burner gas BBQ grill on the main deck, an outdoor shower, and a lakeside fire pit (firewood provided for both the fire pit and indoor wood stove).

- Pool & Spa: Year-round 6–8 person hot tub ($150 service fee) and a private swimming pool open Memorial Day through late September ($150 service fee).

3rd Level (Top Floor):
- Master Suite: King-size bed, Smart TV, private ensuite bathroom with spa tub, and a private balcony with cafe seating for two overlooking the lake.


2nd Level (Main Floor):
- Open-Concept Living: High ceilings, skylights, wood-burning stove, Smart TV, and dining area overlooking the water.

- Sunroom: Lakeside lounge with a sofa, table, and chairs for board games, morning coffee, wine, or wildlife viewing.

- Fully Stocked Kitchen: Outfitted to cook and serve large groups; includes a coffee maker, toasters, blender, mixer, popcorn maker, waffle maker, and full bakeware.

- Kitchenette: Equipped with a second full-size refrigerator for easy beverage and snack storage.

- Bedroom 4: Queen-size bed.

- Bedroom 5: Two bunk beds (twin over twin bunk, and twin over full bunk with twin trundle).

- Accessible Bathroom: Full bathroom with an extra-wide, wheelchair-accessible roll-in shower.

- Extra Sleeping: Sleeper sofa in the family room.


WHAT IS INCLUDED & TRANSPARENT FEE SCHEDULE

- Cleanliness & Linens: Professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to arrival with freshly made beds and plush bath towels (linen and towel service is fully included in the cleaning fee). Extra sheets and blankets are available upon request.

- Starter Supplies Provided: Soaps, shampoo, paper products, trash bags, and firewood for the stove and fire pit.

- Transparent Pricing: No hidden surprises.
Hot Tub Fee: $150 per stay (open all year).
Pool Fee: $150 per stay (open Memorial Day to late September).
Community Registration Fee: $40 mandatory community club registration fee.
