New kitchen with Viking appliances and granite countertops.. full size washer and dryer. Large bedrooms. Living room . Large sun porch . Bbq grill propane. New central air furnace floors, paint. (4) Beach passes included. Outdoor shower.
******Linens and towels are the responsibility of the tenant. Linen services are available for tenant to arrange.
There is another house located behind the rental house. This may be occupied at times by the owner, his family and/or their friends. However, the outdoors and driveway is reserved for the VRBO guests but may be used by backhouse guests in there downtime.
The outside perimeter of the property is protected by the ring camera surveillance.

The place is an absolute perfect location in Seaside Heights, easy to get to and only five minute walk to the boardwalk and beach! The pictures don’t do this place justice, the rooms are larger than they look with plenty of space for everyone! The kitchen and appliances were a dream! The owner, Jeff, was very friendly, helpful, and always responded promptly! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Jeff!

Great weekend

The property was as described- very clean and well laid out, updated. It was right down the street from the beach. Owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back to this property in the future!

Excellent house and location

This is a beautiful house that is only a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. We had young ones (3 years and 11 months) and it was very safe and comfortable. But be sure to ask about linens. Apparently, it's a local custom in seaside heights to not include sheets and towels in the rental. The host worked quickly to provide linens after the misunderstanding was made clear, but it was stressful to show up with children and grandparents to a house that wasn't ready to sleep in.

Llnen services can always be arranged by calling one of the local companies that provide this to rental properties Glad we were able to immediately get you linens and towels (AT OUR COST) ensuring that your experience at our house was top notch.

Great well kept property, a couple of blocks from the boardwalk, near all the amenities and on a quiet street.

Perfect vacation

Amazing vacation for the whole family! Close to the boardwalk but not right on top of it. The owner was very helpful and always a phone call away. Definitely will stay again!

Great property

No complaints whatsoever. Great spot close to boardwalk, beach & bay. Seaside is a bit of a younger shore town, but this was a great family spot for a vacation. House was perfect and host very accommodating.

Great Location Clean and Modern

Great property, few moment walk to historic Seaside Boardwalk and awesome Pizza! All appliances were new and worked great. Very good communication and checking in was easy. The owner did a great job. I will say to make sure you read the description carefully as we missed the part about no towels or bed linen. Were a bit taken aback about that, dont know many who travel with sheets. Other than that it was awesome!

Wonderful Experience

This property exceeded expectations and the pictures don't do it justice! The landlord was extremely responsive to our questions and she even pro-actively gave us a list of things that our three year old would enjoy. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. It is also located on a quiet street which is perfect for families.

Perfect Week

This house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our family of six. Great location and walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and bay. The owners were so nice and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories.

Great cottage! Great owners!

Beautiful property, clean, very comfortable. Owners were very nice and helpful. Location was perfect! We brought our bikes too and rode boardwalk every morning. The beaches are gorgeous!
