We loved this spacious home overlooking the meadow! Was well equiped all around, perfect for our family/grandkids. Arden is an amazing host! Quick to respond to any questions or concerns, I had my dates mixed up thinking we had another day so had to make a swift exit which caused a delay for next guest to check in. Felt terrible about that but Arden was kind despite. Would recommend this home to anyone!

The house was absolutely incredible, everything we needed and then some. Host was very responsive, check-in and checkout very smooth, house checkout process simple and straightforward. Would absolutely rent again and already looking to do so later in the year.

The property had beautiful views and was a perfect location for our trip. It was clean. The outdoor decks on both levels were lovely. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was perfect for long walks. There is no air conditioning but it stayed relatively cool at night. One bath towel was provided for each person, for four nights. There was no response for more towels for 48 hours. That was curious and quite disappointing. Overall though, it was a 9-10!

This is a wonderful house. The description is highly accurate. The spaces for family gatherings were inviting and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed.The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of storage space for our clothing. Everything was clean. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck in the sunshine. The owners have paid great attention to taking care of all the details, such as phone charging stations next to the beds, and clothes steamer and iron in the laundry room. Highly recommended.

The house was perfect for our needs. We had a family gathering for my daughter’s wedding in Conifer and we were able to accommodate seven of our family members very comfortably.Both the upper deck and lower patio were wonderful to sit outside and enjoy late summer/early fall weather.Arden always responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had.The master suite was fabulous and all the other bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms were conveniently located upstairs and downstairs and there was always plenty of hot water for everyone.The kitchen was well supplied, everything worked, and there was plenty of seating at the dining room table for all our family.The laundry room was conveniently located upstairs and the washer and dryer both worked well.The downstairs living area was spacious and was perfect for the bride and her bridesmaids to prep for the wedding.The upstairs living area was comfortable and spacious.There was plenty of room to park for several cars in the driveway. The house is close to Evergreen and Conifer so it was easy to get to grocery stores and restaurants. The roads are all paved, but not busy. We went for great walks around this beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, and enjoyed seeing birds, deer and elk.We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place.

This was the first time that I had ever used Vrbo. The host Arden, was incredibly accommodating. She was easy to contact and responded to any of my questions in a timely manner. She made us feel very welcome.

Our stay was wonderful - plenty of beds and baths for our party, amazing deck to sit and enjoy nature plus close to conifer, evergreen and red rocks. It was a great jumping off point for everything we had planned. We would definitely love to stay again and would recommend to others!

We loved our stay in this spacious, lovely home! Plenty of room, fully stocked with everything we needed. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful views exceeded our expectations. Our host Arden was very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic getaway in the mountains!

We brought some friends to see a concert in Red Rocks and stayed in Evergreen. Fantastic location close to the town with plenty of restaurants to choose from. We had elk in the back yard so that was really neat to see! Would recommend and would define stay there again!

Wonderful house in peaceful location

We loved the peacefulness of the house, property and neighborhood. The house was as described, clean and really comfortable. It's within a short drive of stores, restaurants and events. We really loved our staff here!

The house was exactly as stated. Very clean and easy to communicate with the host. We had five women for a get together and there was plenty of space. Would definitely rent again! Some pictures of the beautiful evening off the back deck.

Home away from home

This was a perfect location for visiting Colorado family. Nice, walkable neighborhood. Beautiful home with plenty of outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining. Arden is a wonderful host!

Beautiful scenery, lovely home!

We are visiting from Florida and got to experience 5 inch of snow for 2 days and them spring weather. We saw a heard of elk in the backyard, and had a relaxing time. The beds,pillows and sheets were very comfortable .home was well stocked with what you would need.. great location to many places. relaxing time

Our Daughter's Wedding

My husband and I brought my elderly parents to Colorado for our daughter's wedding in Morrison, CO. The location was good, close to the wedding venue. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there.
