Kauai Summer Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was cozy and clean. The location worked out well. We were close to Hanalei. The foodland was close. The location was nice and quiet. The only thing that I would change would be the detergent that’s used for the bedding. It’s really fragrant. The smell was too much at times.

Great place to stay

We stayed here with our kids and grandparents and this house was great! Had everything we needed for Hawaii!

Great location and many possibilities to enjoy the ocean, surf, swim and hike to look at Napali.

A perfect place to spend a week!

Easy to book and plenty of communication with property manager. Clear instructions provided to locate property as well as lots of other info. Loved the location too.

Perfect for our needs

Never had a airbnb before. This was so perfect for our group. Was pretty convenient and much more roomy than a hotel. I would like to book this one for next year.

Perfect fit!

Just the right size for us! We had 3 couples stay in this Condo and it worked out perfectly! The location was a little bit away from all the things we did so we spent some time on the road but it was well worth it based on the price!

Easy place to stay

This unit was just right for our family. We enjoyed the easy walk to Princeville Town Center, easy access to Hanalei and Anini. The boogie boards and surfboard were a treat! The management company was super responsive on the couple of issues/questions we had.

Great Property and Location

First time to Hawaii and Kauai. Property was clean and nice. Property manager seemed decent, but no interaction was required. Check in process was smooth and streamlined. We had a great time and would happily come back in the future. Great access to local market, and multiple beaches.

Great location and stay

The property was clean, easy to access, and had solid ammenities for our week long stay including sufficient dishes, washer/dryer, and more. I cannot stress enough that you need to bring earplugs. This was my 5th stay on the island and had the absolute loudest roosters. I think they are nesting very close to the windows and start crowing around 2am.

Good location. Fair price. A bit dated

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The exterior and condo community the unit is a part of feels tired and dated. The location is good. Inside the amenities are good, although the lack of air conditioning is a bit disappointing. There are fans to keep cool, but AC would feel nicer.

Very clean and updated

Surprisingly quiet with close neighbors and roofing construction happening in the area. Well-equipped kitchen. Very clean and updated amenities. Fans and open windows kept the place cool enough with no A/C for a February visit.

Finally made it to Paradise

We had a great trip! The property was very spacious and very nice on the inside. We were a short drive to Hanalei Bay which was beautiful with several restaurants and shops. Princeville Center was also nice. If I could make any recommendations it would be the outside sitting could use a little more cleaning. Otherwise the place was perfect and I would stay here again!

Peaceful and relaxing

I found 25B to be a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. There was roofing going on in the complex while I was there, but I couldn't hear anything from the condo. The sofa was great to relax on at the end of the day, the shower was huge, and all the local residents I met were very friendly. Plenty of fans to keep it cool inside on warmer days too.

2/10 Terrible

NOT A 3 BEDROOM, and has bugs. '

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Immediately had trouble with the coded door lock and had to contact the agency to get it fixed. Maintenance replaced it and it still wouldn’t work so I called them back and they said their app was telling them the lock was jammed-like I wasn’t closing the door all the way or something. The door was open when I was trying it. We never got a call back or any follow up from them. 3 couples having to share 1 key is not ideal. Luckily we ran into the maintenance guy and he fixed it for us on his own time. NOTE: this is NOT a 3 BEDROOM property-it has 2 bedrooms and a loft with NO PRIVACY. FALSE ADVERTISING. Also had lots of tiny bugs in the kitchen and bathrooms that were always there, and a cockroach in the upstairs shower greeted us on the last morning-ew! We took out the trash every night as directed and never left food out. We liked the area and the townhome was ok but disappointed that we didn’t have the privacy we paid for, along with the door and bug issues. For the price it should have been 3 actual bedrooms and have less issues.

Nice place, great location

Overall this was a good place to stay. The ad says 3rd bedroom in a loft area, this is NOT a room. It is just an open loft with a bed. The pictures on the listing also were angled so you couldn’t really tell. Other than that and the showers could use a good scrub down, this place was nice.

Their customer service was spectacular. Puamana 25B was a great home for us for the week. It was nice that the pool was so close, and we enjoyed hiking down the the small, quiet beach close by.
