Outstanding property that was extremely clean and had a great location. Was very well stocked with chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. Great a/c and very spacious for our group of 8. Communication with hosts was excellent and would definitely stay here again.Thank you!

The condo was beautiful and clean. I feel the cleaning fee process could be better-you have to leave cash in the box, and 500 seems a lot for a 3 night stay. Also, the property was very humid. We were uncomfortable sleeping at 73-74 degrees at night. They had a lock on the thermostat. He did come on day 2 and turn it downy to 72, which helped some. Overall, I would probably find another place in the future.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing , this property was just perfect . Very spacious , Clean and well managed and stocked with essentials. Communication was great and we had no issues at all ! Will definitely be booking this property again the next time I come to Kauai!

Andrew, the Property manager went over and above when an issue with the wifi cropped up. He had everything resolved the very next day. He was also great a communication about the unit in general.

Location was amazing

This was the perfect home for our family to use. The location was great and the home was clean and up kept. We would definitely use this home again when going to Kaua’i

Great Stay

Our family had a great time at this property. The only downside is that they do not have boogie boards at this property. That would have been very helpful for our group!

Overall it was a very nice stay! Had pretty much everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The only thing I wish I could have changed was being able to lower the thermostat to below 74. Even a couple degrees would have been helpful for making sleeping more comfortable. The bedrooms all had ceiling fans which helped but the master bedroom’s fan was quite loud because it was so wobbly so we didn’t end up using it. Other than the temp issue, I would say it ticked all the other boxes. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Kauai!

W​e apologize, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom is now fixed and wobble-free​ after 3 week's of repainting, maintenance and upgrades thru out the townhouse. ​Likewise, the entire ​AC system ​has been replaced & upgraded for better efficiency. Following the advice of local professionals, the sleep temperature is set to 73 degrees.​ AC settings of 72 degrees or lower can lead to condensation issues within the walls​ due to the high humidity o​n Kauai's North Shore​. ​Because Hawaii has the highest electrical rates in the U.S., 74–78 degrees ​is the local suggested daytime norm to stay cool ​and avoid prior $900 monthly ​electrical bills. Very nice to hear you enjoyed a "wonderful stay on Kauai". We go to great lengths to ensure your stay is exceptional.

Andrew was great! The place was super clean and inviting. Had extra beach towels, snorkels, cooler, water shoes, surf boards, chairs, etc. all available. Was fantastic that we didn't have to buy or rent any of that when we arrived. Community was super nice, pool, hot tub and barbecue were all great. The only two things we struggled with during our stay was getting good wifi service. It was very spotty. We like to cook and felt like the kitchen supplies were a little sparse. Overall had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.

Beautiful vacation home!

We had an absolutely wonder stay with my family in January. We often stay in Princeville and this home is perfectly located in the center of town. Awesome pool, very spacious home and super clean with tons of amenities! We would definitely stay her again! Owner was extremely accommodating and we greatly appreciate the fast responses when we had questions.

Spotless

We stayed at this property for five days. This is the second time we have stayed here and the pool and hot tub are very clean. The house is immaculate. We loved the beach chairs and took them with us daily. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the bedding was very comfortable.
