All of the furniture is new and so are the mattresses and TV's . There is a tv in every room. The 2nd bedroom has a new queen sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top in addition to a separate twin bed. All mattresses are NEW! Bedrooms have new carpet and villa has just been painted, no popcorn on the ceilings! and all new furniture.
Shorewood is a gated community and is within walking and biking distance of all of the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza . The community pool is heated from March 1 to April 30 and October 1 to November 30 and the spa is heated year round. Maximum (2) Car Passes. No grilling allowed on the Shorewood Property.
