This was an excellent property. The view of the beach/ocean is stunning. It is in a great location with walking distance to Coligny Plaza.

The unit was pretty clean and we loved the view- it’s definitely closer to the pool than photos showed though. Somewhat outdated, would recommend some newer TVs since these were really a pain to use. We really appreciated the chairs that were provided for the beach, and the location can’t be beat

Great location, unit was very clean and had everything we needed! We were able to rent chairs/umbrellas on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is perfect. Easy walk down to beach. Bonus was sitting on balcony and enjoying live music wafting over from the Tiki Hut. Note: it was not audible when inside the unit.

Replace was clean and stocked well with things needed. The view of the beach and the access were very simple. The pool was wonderful.One not so good was that the pool closed at sunset and you could not go back and swim at all. The elevator near our room was out for two days but was fixed by the end of the second day and made the trip easier.

Thanks for your review. There are two elevators in that complex for your use! Hopefully, you found the other one during your stay! Each complex is going to have their pool rules. I am sure that they close it for safety reasons. Glad you had a nice time.., come back and see us again!

Was a top notch place to stay in Hilton Head! The condo was spacious and very clean. The view was spectacular! Location is perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be traveling to Hilton Head and rebooking this condo again in the future! Thank you!

Awesome stay in HHI

Cannot beat the location of the Ocean One property. Right in the middle of everything and walk to Coligny is less than 10 minutes.

Enjoyed our stay, you will too.

Great place to stay. Great view off the balcony. Easy access to beach. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Great pirate ship park for the kids to play just a few minute walk away. A wonderful stay, we would stay here again.

Great week for four adults. Property has private beach access. Pool is great for adults as well as children. Outstanding location and wonderful view!

Great property and convenient location!

Clean apartment with a good amount of space and a nice balcony overlooking the beach. The building grounds are well maintained and the pool is very nice. Excellent location with good proximity to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Looking forward to coming back!

Great space and view

Pictures and location are accurate. Some updates are needed, but it did not impact the stay negatively in any way. We would definitely stay here again.
