You are welcomed into this lodge as soon as you open the front door into the great room with floor to ceiling fireplace, open style kitchen along with sitting room, dining room and extra dining area. Feel the warmth of the home from the reclaimed mule barn walls restored from a 1949 barn from Arab, AL as well as fourteen cedar trees placed throughout the home all from the area. Space well never be an issue at this retreat either spend time in the game room which offers you a pool table, poker table and puzzle table. Or maybe shuffleboard is your game which you can enjoy in the upstairs loft area. Curl up and watch your favorite movie from either the upstairs great room or enjoy the downstairs area with its large comfy sectional as well as a second kitchen which includes a dishwasher, oven, and stove. There is not a second refrigerator in the basement. However, a mini fridge is located on main level porch. Make sure to bring your boat because there is plenty of tie up space at the open style boat house with great water depths for swimming and fishing. Unwind for the evening with cocktails on the screened in back porch overlooking Lake Guntersville.
