Eagle Lodge - Vacation Home on Lake Guntersville

Perfect spot on Lake Guntersville for your next family reunion or large group getaway! This seven bedroom and three full/two half bathroom lodge style retreat offers over 7,000 sq ft of living space for your getaway. You are welcomed into this lodge as soon as you open the front door into the great room with floor to ceiling fireplace, open style kitchen along with sitting room, dining room and extra dining area. Feel the warmth of the home from the reclaimed mule barn walls restored from a 1949 barn from Arab, AL as well as fourteen cedar trees placed throughout the home all from the area. Space well never be an issue at this retreat either spend time in the game room which offers you a pool table, poker table and puzzle table. Or maybe shuffleboard is your game which you can enjoy in the upstairs loft area. Curl up and watch your favorite movie from either the upstairs great room or enjoy the downstairs area with its large comfy sectional as well as a second kitchen which includes a dishwasher, oven, and stove. There is not a second refrigerator in the basement. However, a mini fridge is located on main level porch. Make sure to bring your boat because there is plenty of tie up space at the open style boat house with great water depths for swimming and fishing. Unwind for the evening with cocktails on the screened in back porch overlooking Lake Guntersville.

Third time staying here and the house never disappoints! Room for everyone and with teenagers we live the game room- lots of fun in the evenings after a day on the lake. Great quiet location- floating at sunset was wonderful. Hosts are super responsive and we will definitely be back!

Great property, we have stayed there many times. The only issue iswith the lake, grass and weeds make boating very difficult.

I love our repeat guests! Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about the eel grass in the cove and channel We pay to have our dock area sprayed so guests can enjoy swimming around the dock.

This property is amazing. Plenty of room. I have 4 adult children with spouses and kids. This house slept all of us plus 2 more families. The back porch is lovely. The dock is huge. The fire pit was a huge hit for the guys, but they also loved playing cards and the pooltable. It was a great stay.

So family friendly! The grandkids loved fishing on the dock for bream, same thing we loved when we were growing up. Perfect rooms for card games and socializing! Even had surprise visitors with 2 baby goats which the kiddos loved.

5th stay at Eagle Lodge

A great stay as always. This was my family’s 5th year at Eagle Lodge. We continue to book because of the space we have to spread out, the stocked kitchen and cleanliness of the home! Definitely recommend.

Wonderful house!

Met family members for a small family reunion! Lots of space in the house and loved the game room and pool table - the teens were there late into the night. This was our second stay and will definitely be returning. This time we brought our boat and 2 jet skis. The cove was a great place for learning the skis and just floating off the dock. Such a special place!

fabulous spot for all

We were very pleased with everything. The house and grounds are excellent! The only complaint we had was the fact that our time was up and we had to return to reality! Highly recommended and we hope to come again very soon!

Fantastic family get away

Excellent property. Tons of space and quality home. Only downside is Lake Guntersville has a lot of sea grass which slightly diminishes swimming around the dock and boating. Otherwise a perfect getaway.
