Property was in great condition. Boat house was great with plenty of power outlets for charging the boats. The driveway is a little tough to get into with a new construction house on the non-lake side of the property. However very manageable. Great deal!

Very nice house. Anything you could ever need was provided. Just a few steps to enter house or reach the boat house and beautiful lake. Nice flat lot.Very tight parking but doable. Many nice touches all over the house.Bed was very luxurious. All in all a great house. I guess that's why it's booked solid for the next couple years!

This was very enjoyable. The pier, deck and patio were very attractive and the location let you see the water and play or relax while enjoying the view. The bedrooms and kitchen area were great garage was appreciated. Small little cul-de-sac so not a lot of traffic on your road. It was a fun and peaceful getaway. I would recommend it to anybody who wanted to enjoy Lake Guntersville.

It was the perfect location for a week of fishing. It was very comfy after a long day of fishing. We cooked there vs going out to eat and we had everything we needed.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay the boathouse is very convenient and close to the boat ramp so it’s super convenient to launch and pull over to the boat house.

The property was excellent. Nice and quiet. The location is great for fishing with access to boat ramp and fuel / bait shop is directly across the street from ramp.

This house is amazing…photos do not tell the whole story of how much room you have and all the amenities. Our family spent Thanksgiving week here and had a wonderful time. Jessica was most responsive and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need.

We came for a family fishing trip, and my nephew got engaged in your yard! We enjoyed our stay and the house was great and so clean. We would definitely tell anyone to go stay at this Great Lake house.
