Fully equipped granite counter top kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances, toaster, coffee maker, disposal and LED lighting. Washer and Dryer located on front porch in separate room. Master Bedroom offers a King size bed Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress, flat screen cable TV, full bath and private balcony. Split floor plan offers a Queen Serta perfect sleeper bed with flat screen cable TV connecting half bath. Third bedroom offers Twin beds, smart TV full bath in hallway. Open floor plan in Living Room, Dining and Kitchen create a great place for family time. Great location with pool and tennis/pickleball courts a few weeks away. The ocean is across the street. It is a short walk to stores and restaurant and a park is another block away. The unit has two balconies. It was good space for our family of six.

Great area, short walking distance to main street dining and shopping, and beach is just across 1 road.

Location was great...just across the street from the beach. The pools looked nice. Condo was not very clean. Open container of sugar in the cabinet that was wet on the bottom. Floors needed to be vacuumed. We arrived at 4:15 pm, 15 minutes after check in time and the beds were minus sheets, comforters on the beds (unsure if they were washed) and there were no towels. The service did arrive after that to make the beds and bring towels. Several of the towels were still damp. I ran them through the dryer. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. The owner did provide a few boogie boards for use, which was nice for my granddaughter.

Dreama, Sorry the linens were in the dryer. Trish normally does a great job. Saturday turn around day has a 6 hour window to get the unit ready for the next guest with an on time checkout for previous guest. Happy your Granddaughter enjoyed the ocean accessories. We strive to meet the 4 PM check in. Thanks for staying!

The condo was great; it was clean and all appliances worked well; there were plenty of dishes and pots and pans; the screened in porch got a lot of use; we enjoyed both pools; we appreciated the proximity to the beach; and we enjoyed being in walking distance to the Main Street of the town.

We have been staying in this condo twice a year, Apr and Sept for nine days each for the past 3 years. It is a nice, fully equipped unit with great internet service. I often work when there so that is important. When we arrived this time, the toaster was missing. The owner had it replaced about 2 hours later. He is very responsive to any issues. We are already booked for next Sept and Apr 27.

Great location

Condo was good, convenient to the beach and shops. The screen porch is great for keeping all the chairs. It was clean, a little tight with 6 adults, but location makes up for it. . Bath towels could use a refresher but do the job.

Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was the perfect location. My 5-year-old loved the two pools and easy beach access. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance or just a short drive.

Good location. Loved having an elevator Clean enough (there was a vacuum in the unit so we used it often) Loved having a washer and dryer. Overall great stay

This is a great location for my wife and I to stay during our twice a year 9 day visit for shag dancing. The condo is far away from Ocean drive so you don't get a lot of Street noise at night. We have stayed there 6 or 7 times and have reservations for two more vacations. Seldom need to contact the host but when we do he's always very responsive.

Perfect Location

This was a beautiful condo in an ideal location. Close to my favorite stores and some awesome local eats. The pool attendants were super sweet too. Pool noodles and having the laundry room at the entrance was perfect and reduced surf/sand making it's way in. Will definitely be booking again.
