Condo was spacious and very clean. Grounds were also clean and well kept. Great kitchen and overall space. Loved the balcony as well!

Great condo! Excellent communication

We loved the location, the condo, and the ease. There is on site parking, hot tubs, lazy river and of course the beach! The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions! Thank you so much for everything!

The place was great, Rueben was a great host. I recommend taking out the insurance as we had a couple of mishaps with a patio door handle and a patio chair breaking. Overall the place was great with plenty of room. The view was wonderful. We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay. The only thing I would say that was a disappointment, was we were expecting 4 beach chairs and the one that was an actual beach chair was broken and the other chairs I would classify as camping chairs that you can't lay down in. Which wouldn't have been a big deal other that I have chairs at home and didn't bring them do to the post saying they had them. So we had to go buy chairs which aren't cheap. Everything else was perfect, I would stay there again only bring my own chairs.

Spring Break Relaxation and SUPRISE ENGAGEMENT

Unbelievable location, space and Ruben was awesome. Easy to contact and ask questions. He was quick to reply and explain the various questions we had. We will definitely come back. On a personal note, our Daughter got engaged on the beach in front of the property!

North Myrtle Beach Vacation

Overall great plac and location. 2 issues: 1. The hot tub temperature was only 85.5 degrees so it could not be used. 2. Two of the toilets made a horrible noise when flushed (sounded like an Air-Raid siren going off). Everything else was really nice and the view couldn't have been better!

The penthouse was beautiful and very clean. Everyone in our family loved it. Very close to good restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend!

Spring Getaway

Wife and I are hoping to retire in NMB at some point so we try to visit 3-4 times a year. This condo was amazing and we had a wonderful time.

Great place!!

Great location away from crowds but a short drive to shops and restaurants. The place was clean and the balcony has an outstanding view of the beach. We loved the place and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for big family

Condo was fantastic! Had all the amenities we needed for our week stay. Had plenty of room for all of us. The host kept in contact when needed and was very quick to respond when I had questions. We loved that the parking garage was under the building so it was just a quick elevator ride to our vehicles, made it so much easier when loading and unloading all of our stuff.

Perfection!!!

This place is beautiful!! We did have a few issues( it happens) but the owner was very responsive and professional. It was very clean, and very well stocked for the entire family. You can not beat the view. The resort was perfect for the rainy times. We had a blast and I would for sure book this again!! Thank you for a lovely stay.
