Girls’Get Away

The penthouse was exactly as pictures showed. Just 3 miles from Barefoot landing. 3 bedrooms each with their own bath. The fact you are encouraged to leave unopened non perishable goods on the counter when leaving, so they can be donated to the local food pantry is something all Vrbo owners should do. Great idea. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect for big family

Condo was fantastic! Had all the amenities we needed for our week stay. Had plenty of room for all of us. The host kept in contact when needed and was very quick to respond when I had questions. We loved that the parking garage was under the building so it was just a quick elevator ride to our vehicles, made it so much easier when loading and unloading all of our stuff.

Great place at myrtle beach

We just stayed at ph4 in myrtle beach and loved it!! It was very clean, very spacious, loved the outdoor balcony with view of the ocean! The ice maker and water on the refrigerator didn't work at first, but by the end of the first night it did. The only issue we had was that when we parked on P1 and tried to get into the condo using the back doors, the code didn't work. This was a little frustrating because my parents can't walk well, one of us had to walk around the front of the building and then let the others in from the back. After a couple of nights though, we noticed it was open, so that it wasn't a big deal. I would definitely stay here again. Overall a great place!!

So wonderful

We were so impressed with this property. Everything was nice and clean. The view from balcony was great. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Washer, dryer and dishwasher all worked great. Kitchen had all dishes, cookware and utensils we needed. The pools were very nice also. Highly recommended

Perfection!!!

This place is beautiful!! We did have a few issues( it happens) but the owner was very responsive and professional. It was very clean, and very well stocked for the entire family. You can not beat the view. The resort was perfect for the rainy times. We had a blast and I would for sure book this again!! Thank you for a lovely stay.

July 4th week 2024

We stayed June 30-July 8, 2024. The condo location was perfect for our stay since my sister was across the street in a house. Pros- The condo had all the amenities we needed and more. Well stocked and the beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice and clean. The whole place was very clean. The owner Ruben communicated with us whenever we texted about things. I liked that the owner helped his church so anything edible non perishable that we had leftover could be shared. The amenities-pool, beach access, umbrellas, chairs (rented) were great. We saw maintenance folks all the time and the maintenance person came to fix a sink as soon as we called and gave us more towels. We did buy beach towels but had plenty of bathroom towels. Excellent service if we needed anything. Con- the washing machine broke on day 2 of our trip. We had to go to the laundromat 3 times. An inconvenience but we handled it. We called Ruben and he ordered a new washing machine but it did not arrive for our stay. Hopefully it t is there now. We did meet Ruben and his wife and they were very nice. The door codes are multiple. We had one code for our condo (super) and 2 different codes for the pool area and building. It would be nice I guess to have a key card but not a big deal. Once we learned the codes we were good. Gym amenities could be improved- husband had trouble gaining access to the gym. Bottom line is this place is great. Owner is on top of things. Will r hopefully return in the future.

Amazing view

We received several access codes from the owner but only needed 1 for the pool area and 1 for the condo. The condo was clean and, important to us, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware to make meals instead of eating out all week. Bedrooms were all comfortable with ensuite bathrooms. What an amazing view from the top floor balcony. We spent a lot of time enjoying the balcony view. Access to the beach is directly past the pool. We also discovered a second pool on the 5th floor which was quieter at times to enjoy. We had a small maintenance issue but Ruben came with his crew to get it fixed right up. Overall we would recommend this condo for its beach access, pools and closeness to all Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Time at the beach

Our stay at the condo was very nice. The cleaning crew let the side down as the carpets were very dirty. We had no issues with check in. My daughter found that the toaster was not working and there were no dish washer pods. Ruben was an excellent manager and someone delivered a new toaster and dish washer pods a few hours later. Ruben also called several times to check to see if everything was OK. He also let me know they were replacing the carpets at a later date. They should have been “traffic area” cleaned before our stay. The rest of the condo was clean. One of the bedrooms was small and we had to move the bed to get the door closed. The condo looks more spacious in the photographs. The lazy river water was really cold, so basically was unusable. Swimming pool always was crowded. Although it is a smoke free building when we sat on the balcony we could always smell someone smoking. We couldn’t keep the door open at all as the smoke smell got inside. Parking was easier on the 3rd and 4th floors of the garage. 1st and 2nd floor of garage was always crowded.

Beautiful brief trip to Myrtle

The PH was absolutely amazing, beautiful, ocean front with spacious patio. The layout of the condo was perfect for the size of our family. Very clean and supplied with anything you could need. Thank you for a great experience. Can't wait to go back next year!!

Spring Getaway

Great time away..

This was a beatiful property. The checkin process was seamless. Ruben replied promptly to all correspondence. The unit, though not exactly what we expected in terms of size for a Penthouse, was above average for our time there. Hense the reason for the listing accuracy grade. The pictures make it look way more spacious than what it is. Everything else was satisfactory or better. Nevertheless, we would not hesitate to book again. Thanks Ruben for extending the opportunity to stay in this facility.

not what is advertised

this place was not a penthouse as advertised in the ad,it was clean but that's about it. The ice maker on the refrigerator was froze up, the dish washer would run but water was not hot enough to melt the pod. We had very little hot water so showers were hit or miss on the warmth of the water. The commode in one bathroom ran constantly, we finally figured out how to stop it.The furniture was really dated and the bedrooms were not very big for a said penthouse.There was food in the cabinets and we had to use the counter top to store our food, he needs to clean out his cabinets and rearrange some of the pots and pans which are also dated and need to be replaced.For the price we paid i feel like we were really taken advantage of it was like buying a diamond and only getting pearl!!!

Fantastic Experience

Ruben was great to work with throughout the booking and our entire stay. the property was clean, in wonderful condition, and even better than described in the add. We had an amazing family vacation and will definitely be looking to stay in another VRBO property in the future. Should we come back to Myrtle Beach we will definitely be staying with Ruben again.

Amazing vacation spot!

We had a wonderful week at this oceanfront condo. It was clean, well equipped and such a great space for me and my family. The views were so much more than advertised. Pictures don't do them justice! The facilities were great and the beach was amazing. I would highly recommend it and hope to be back soon!
