The host was very responsive to all questions regarding check-in. The place was spacious, and the furniture comfortable. There were a number of appliances that were good for fixing breakfast, reheating leftovers, etc. The place has a fabulous view and it's great to be able to walk straight out to the beach and rinse off on the way back in. Location is great, many activities and restaurants within 10 minutes. Overall a fantastic stay!

This condo is one of the nicest condos in Myrtle Beach. The condo was immaculate and well stocked with all the amenities of home. Great view and location was perfect with close proximity to restaurants and things to do with the family. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great stay! Very much enjoyed the ease in and out of the condo and contactless check-in and out. Had everything we needed. Clean.. comfortable beds.. pool had some community toys the kids enjoyed too. We encountered minimal staff on the property but they were all friendly and helpful, too!

Property is right on the beach as it shows. Beautiful views from the balcony. Had a huge George Forman grill which we used twice, also had an air fryer. Plenty of beach towels. We had one minor issue at check in. I called Rueben and he immediately addressed it and rectified the issue very generously. We would definitely stay there again.Sandra

The view was stunning and the location is great. There were some minor issues with the condo, enough that we probably won’t stay at this particular one again. It was definitely in need of a deep cleaning - the shower curtain rail in the master was loose so it was hard to keep the shower curtain closed. Paint was peeling and stained in areas. Everyone agreed the mattresses were not very comfortable and probably need to be replaced or at least have a memory foam pad added. Rubin advised there were four beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use, so we didn’t bring any with us. Instead there were two metal ‘camping’ chairs and two umbrellas. We ended up buying our own chairs instead and it worked out in the end. Ruben did apologize for the chair situation and said he’d check on a solution, but we didn’t hear anything back. Overall the stay was ok, not excellent but also not horrible.

Great place to stay! Overall it was clean and very spacious. The floors immediately turned our feet black. It seemed like they hadn’t been mopped in a good while, but everything else was very clean. Love the location, this was our 2nd year staying here. The balcony has glass instead of the bars like most so this is much safer for families traveling with kids (there isn’t anything for them to climb on). Never felt like the pool area was crowded, was always able to find a parking spot, and didn’t have to wait long on the elevators.

Great condo! The condo was in a very central location with a beautiful view. The kitchen was well stocked, beach towels were left for us, and everything was really clean. The host was very nice and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was everything we had wanted for our girls’ reunion. Clean well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great living area and an incredible oceanfront view. We spent many hours on the balcony.

The place was exactly as described. Six adults stayed here for a week and there was plenty of room. We all enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view was fantastic. We loved the way the elevator said 'Penthouse.' We all agreed we would return here again. The only thing we wished for was a way to recycle cans and bottles.

We were in North Myrtle Beach for softball spring training so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo. The time that we did spend there was very nice. We had a lovely beach view and the accommodations certainly met all of our needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again in the future.

We highly recommend this spacious Penthouse for your next Myrtle Beach vacation!!! The oceanfront condo was absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed the amazing views from our balcony with spectacular ocean views & beautiful sunrises. We were attending a Baseball tournament for our grandson. Two sets of grandparents with our granddaughter enjoyed the beach, spotting a dolphin along with each having our own bedroom & bathroom was a huge bonus. Our stay was very pleasant & comfortable in the condo. Communication with Rueben our host was awesome he was so gracious to have a Ninja Air Fryer & Beach Towels delivered upon our request of availability. Don’t hesitate to book this beachfront condo on your next trip.
