Beautiful location

The location was great, condo was neat and clean. Nicely decorated and comfy beds. Close by and plenty of amenities.

Nice place. Well stocked and updated. Pretty comfortable beds. Amazing view and complex. Only reason for 4 stars is misleading pictures on the listing. Expected two twins in the second bedroom but it had a single queen instead. Had some disappointed teens as a result, but only stayed one night so no big deal. Just beware when booking.

Family vacation in the Keys

The location of the condo is wonderful with great views of the ocean. However, we had a few issues that we addressed directly with the property owner.

Great Place

We loved Ron’s place. Worked perfectly for our quick one night stay in the keys from Naples. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but were able to explore the property and bit, loved the pier out over the water, and the pool. Hopefully we’ll be back in the future!

Enjoyed our time in the keys. Our condo do was excellent. Just not enough time to enjoy the property like would like too. So much to see and do. Was glad they got the elevator working on our first day. Would stay agin if ever in the area again.

Nice place!

Very clean and nice place. Pool area was large and the food truck was a nice touch. For those traveling there, you will need a vehicle. Not much is within walking distance. It was our first time in the Keys and we had a nice time.

First time in Florida!

To be honest we didn’t know what to expect with this location, but as soon as we walked in and seen the ocean view, we were sold. This complex had everything needed to enjoy an entire week ON SITE. We did of course travel most days, but this complex was very nice and secure.

Everything was great. Nice place to vacation. Just wanted to let the owners know that the screen for the balcony has a hole in it and would not stay on its track. Also the bottom wand on the dishwasher was broken so could not use it.

The condo unit was fabulous and was decorated beautifully. I loved the bathrooms! Check out the swan faucets in the bathroom and the dolphin- 1st time I have seen but I'm from New England. Only disappointment was that the pub was closed for renovations.

Overnight stay

The apartment was clean but unfortunately there was an awful smell coming from the waste disposal unit I did notify the manager but as we only stayed one night i don’t know if it was sorted for the next people

We were very disappointed with this rental experience. When we arrived Friday night, the property had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests. The beds had dirty/soiled linens, the bathroom towels were used, and the entire property smelled like wet towels/mildew because the AC had been turned off. It was not in livable condition when we arrived.Because of this, we had to pay out of pocket for another hotel room Friday night. We were told the property would be cleaned the next day, but when we returned on Saturday, it still had not been properly cleaned. Since we had already rented a marina slip and had our boat in the water nearby, leaving and finding another place to stay again was not realistic. Instead, we had to buy cleaning supplies, wash linens and towels ourselves, and clean the property just so we could stay there.This created a lot of unnecessary stress, additional expenses, and took time away from what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend. The location worked for our boating plans, but the cleanliness and lack of urgency to resolve the issue were extremely disappointing. I hope the owners improve their cleaning and communication process so future guests do not have the same experience.

Great Family of 4 Vacation

This property was in a good location, close enough to travel back to Miami for a morning flight and a few hours drive down to Key West. So much in the middle and had a few great excursions right around Travernier/Key Largo. We couldn't wait to come back to our condo and enjoy the Pool & Hottub just across from our parking spaces. The condo itself was nice and clean and the 2nd bedroom was great for our two teens. The balcony is small, but enough room for two chairs and a cocktail table. The beach was nice to catch some sun and the pier next to it was a nice short walk to get some great Snaps and have a beautiful view. It was a bit rocky, so water shoes would help that. Far enough off the main highway for it to be quiet and relaxing. The owner communicated as hoped as some VRBOs list # they sleep including a sleeper sofa, that doesn't work for our teens, so he confirmed the # of actual beds quickly. Would definately stay here again.
