Great property! Location close to snorkeling. Great for walking, running, biking, and sunrise photography. However, Mosquitos are no joke! Didn't bother us anywhere else, so I think the lagoon may be the source. I didn't see a beach except on the lagoon and we didn't want to use the pools because of the mosquitoes. We were fine with that because we traveled alot, but if you're hoping to use the beach or pools please consider...

Property was very clean and welcoming. Really appreciated the beach towels and some beach/swim items available so we didn’t have to buy them. Boat was super helpful and very responsive! We had a great stay!

Had a wonderful stay at this location very nice spacious. The check in process was great walking distance to a small beach and marina. Nice pool and Lagoon very relaxing. Gated community felt very safe the guards is on their job lol

Ivonne is a lovely host. She reached out a few days before the trip to provide the door code and confirm our entry to the guard house. Upon arrival to the property it’ was very clean and felt just like the Florida keys should, like your on the water. There is a plethora of costal decorations and theming. The property was also very nice, two pools and a lagoon for kayaking and snorkeling. In addition the unit is located just a few steps from the playground and 1 pool which is very nice when traveling with kids. We did not have any issues with our stay however, if we had I’m sure the host would have rectified them appropriately. I would recommend this property for your next stay in key largo.

Condo was great for our family of 5 (3 teenagers). It was more spacious than we expected and having the TV room downstairs was great for the kids to watch movies. The jetty was a short walk and great for fishing. Nice community and conveniently located to bait shop, restaurants and a Publix!

We have been coming to Kawama for over 30 years and finally had the opportunity to purchase a unit of our own in 2010. Kawama is an amazing place to spend time with our family. We love the outdoors and recharge our batteries every time we visit. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Kawama is a great place to unwind and reconnect with family. It is a gated community off the beaten path, but with big city amenities around the corner. You may decide to just take in the beautiful surroundings and not leave. But if you desire, you have the convenience of a modern city just a few minutes away, with amazing restaurants, groceries, and shopping.
