Perfect Hochatown Getaway!

This is by far one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in! Sara and Stephen are wonderful hosts- responsive, helpful, and so thoughtful about every detail a guest might need. Our kids had an absolute blast between the games, the play structure, and zip line! We’ll definitely be bookmarking this spot for our next trip to Hochatown!

Home away from Home

Extremely comfortable and well stocked. The beds and linens are very luxurious, and I don’t say that lightly as we have bad backs. The way the sun shines through the windows is magical and the deck/outdoor area is thoughtfully set up.

Exceptional Cabin so above all the rest

Wonderful experience and looking forward to definitely coming back to stay! It is located in a very safe and beautiful area. The cabin was definitely a 10 star out of 5 stars ⭐️ it was exceptionally clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our hosts were amazing and made sure we had everything and more that we could need. If we had any questions, they responded back within minutes. The cabin was beautifully decorated and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Our grandchildren loved the zip line, swings, and playground area. If they were inside, there were so many arcade games and foosball game to keep them entertained. They loved the bunk beds and that they had their own dedicated space to have so much fun!! The adults loved the porch area that was so relaxing and comfortable. Great place to sit and read a book listening to the birds in the morning. Loved having breakfast on the porch area too.There is a hot tub and a grill. We sat around the campfire, and made s'mores one night. Entire cabin was very spacious so we could be together as a group or relax in an area all our own. There was TV's in every room, the living room and even outside on the porch. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and even a milkshake machine for those with a sweet tooth. Can't say enough about this place, you will be missing out on a great place and experience if you don't stay here.

Absolutely Amazing Place!

Stayed here for the weekend with the family and it was perfect. The kids loved all the amenities and the location was great, close to plenty of things to do/places to eat. The hosts were also attentive and quick to answer any questions we had. Will definitely be back and can't wait!

Great trip, cabin, and hosts

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this cabin, the outdoor area, and the hosts. In total there were 8 kids ranging from infant to almost 7 years old. They had a blast with the outdoor playscape, the indoor game room upstairs, making smore's in the fire pit, and even seeing a shoot star at night! The cabin had ample space for all of us and was really beautiful with the custom wood work throughout the home and all of the large windows. The outdoor seating area was great to be able to look down at the kids playing. The 2 big fans attached over the seating area were really nice as well! I also appreciated the gate the could be slide blocking off the stairs leading down from the outdoor seating area to the backyard. Before, during, and after our visit, the hosts reached out to provide helpful information and to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing Cabin, Highly Recommended

There was a lot of great stuff about this cabin, but the thing I really want to point out is how amazing this place was for keeping children entertained. Most of the cabins I looked at only give lip service to kids entertainment, putting a small pre-fab play structure outside and calling it a day. But the Americana pulls out all the stops, with a huge play structure, zip line, arcade table (with 400+ games!), fuzball and half a dozen other things I’m forgetting to mention right now. Did a great job of keeping the kids entertained so we could relax instead of entertaining them. A++. Would stay again.

Amazing Stay!!

Our stay at The Americana was phenomenal! The house was beautiful and very clean upon arrival, and the house was very homey and comfortable. The host Stephen was very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. I definitely recommend staying at The Americana.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at The Americana with our three daughters and their families. We had children ranging in age from 16 months to 15 years. We cooked most of our meals there so we really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and large appliances. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets to accommodate our entire group. My grandchildren love to play games and there was a wide assortment for them to choose from. The backyard was fabulous for anyone bringing children. The younger children spent hours playing on the large playground structure. Of course the zip-line was their favorite. The entire family enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings making s’mores and enjoying the beautiful weather. The hot-tub was also a favorite of young and old alike. My 6-year old granddaughter asked me if we had to leave and her cousins chimed in with the same question. When I explained that we had to go back to our own homes she asked if she could please spend her birthday again next year at the cabin. Needless to say we made some wonderful family memories that will be with us forever.! Thank you Stephen and Sara for being such excellent hosts and sharing your lovely home with us!!

Perfect home in the woods!!

Great house - layout is very nice. Amazing backyard play area for children!! Very nice deck with fireplace, tv, furniture. So nice to have a beverage and watch football!! The kitchen is filled with nice plates, glassware, coffee maker etc. lots of thought into the guests needs. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Accommodations, Perfect Location

12 adults stayed at the Americana for my husband's 40th birthday. The setting, location, and layout of the house were all amazing, and every single person mentioned how comfortable the beds were! Great amenities and communication on the host's part. We stayed in August and are already trying to plan a Christmas/holiday stay at this house for later this year with a few family members. If we are ever back in the Hochatown/Broken Bow area, this is definitely the first place we will try and stay!

A Place To Make Memories

Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home. Our extended family of 10 loved it and there was plenty of room for the kids to hang out and play and also plenty of room to get away by yourself in quiet if wanted. The big dining room table was an awesome spot for meals and playing games. King beds in all the main bedrooms is a huge plus. The outdoor walled in deck area living room is fantastic and you can even watch the big screen tv from the hot tub. There is a lot of room to play games outside and we also enjoyed the great outdoor fire pit. The house is so close to the lake and park and hiking and the heartbeat of Hochatown and yet you feel secluded when you are there. This is truly a wonderful place to get away, feel comfortable, spoiled and rested and make some great memories. We definitely hope to stay there again.

Great stay at the Americana

Really enjoyed our stay at the Americana. Everything was great from beginning to end. Very roomy with a large table for us to eat and play games. Plenty of bedroom/bath space and the upper floor was great for our kids to hang out. Location was close to Hochatown and the lake so very convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Great place for a family vacation!

If you are looking to book a cabin I highly recommend this one! We had kids ranging from the ages of 2 through 16 and they all had a great time! The zip-line was a hit for the littles and the game room and hot tub were a hit for everyone! The location was perfect the backyard was private and great for enjoying some peace and quiet! It wasn't too far out from restaurants and activities to do! We got rained on the day we got there and were without wifi but because we had the game room and game boards everything was great! Will deff book again!

Great getaway!

This cabin was beautifully decorated and clean. The owners were quick and responsive. The outside area was a little tricky for toddlers (no fault to the owners-just built on a hill with lots of rocks make for painful falls for littles) we all really appreciated our stay.

Our stay was wonderful, beautiful, & relaxing! Exactly what we needed!

The Americana was beautiful & in a great location. We were surrounded by trees and had the privacy we needed, but also not far from a winery, coffee shop, & restaurants. Our host was responsive & available for anything we needed. We were there during a frost and the entire town had water issues. Our host checked on us daily and made sure we had running water AND hot water. They went above & beyond to take care of our needs. When we go back to Broken Bow, we will definitely stay at the Americana again!!! Many thanks to our host for making our stay wonderful!!!

We frequented Broken Bow many times since we moved South from Michigan about 10 years ago. One thing we missed when living in the big city and congestion was a place to relax and get away from everything, after many Spring Breaks and a Thanksgiving break we decided we wanted to put down more roots in the beautiful relaxing area and we made the decision to be part of Hochatown. Since owning a cabin, we have come to love our times away together as family and make memories, but we find equally the same amount of joy in hosting others (especially families) where we can play a part in making memories for our visitors as well.
