Welcome to Vanilla Bean, Timber & Stone Cabins' modern farmhouse getaway. Nestled in the peaceful woods of Skyhorse Crossing and backing up to the Ouachita National Forest, Vanilla Bean was thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the best of Hochatown. Whether you're gathering with family, escaping for a couples' getaway, or bringing your dogs along for the adventure, we hope you'll feel at home from the moment you arrive.
The cabin comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa, making it an excellent choice for families, couples, and friends traveling together.
You'll enjoy the peace and privacy of the forest while remaining just minutes from Hochatown's restaurants, breweries, wineries, Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, scenic hiking trails, trout streams, and many of the area's most popular attractions.
Designed for relaxing getaways, Vanilla Bean features an open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy gathering spaces, a seasonal indoor gas fireplace, and the conveniences of home, including an in-unit washer and dryer. Outside, unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the year-round outdoor gas fireplace or wood-burning fire pit, grill dinner on the BBQ, or challenge your group to ping pong, cornhole, ladder ball, or horseshoes.
One of our favorite features is the spacious back patio overlooking the Ouachita National Forest. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, watch for deer wandering through the trees, or simply relax and soak in the peaceful surroundings.
Inside, you'll find Smart TVs with access to popular streaming apps, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace if you need to catch up on a little work before getting back to vacation.
Easy 24/7 self check-in with smart locks makes arriving simple, and the spacious pull-through driveway provides plenty of room for multiple vehicles, a boat, or a trailer.

Together with our exceptional local team, we take great pride in caring for every detail so your stay is comfortable, seamless, and memorable. This was the best place to ring in my 30th. So relaxing and we saw deer every night! Absolutely highly recommend and would love to come back!

Everything was as expected. Nice property. Electricity were out ( No fault of the owners) and some loud neighbors having a Mariachi band but we understand!

We couldn’t have picked a nicer cabin for a weekend getaway. The property was exactly as described but even more beautiful in person. The cabin was immaculate and the hosts have thoughtfully decorated every space. The communication was excellent and there were clear instructions for everything. The outside deck and hot tub were private and very peaceful. We plan to go back with grandkids as they would enjoy their own space upstairs. Thank you Marian and John for a wonderful stay!

Cabin was clean, beautiful location, deer all over the property, hot tub was relaxing, host had great communication, and overall felt like a home away from home. Beds were soft and slept great. Definitely would return to this cabin.

This place was amazing and exactly what my family of 5 needed. The hot tub, the nature. Everything about this place is perfect. The owners are awesome with communication and helpful in every way!

We stayed at Vanilla Bean in Broken Bow, and it was absolutely amazing. The cabin was beautiful, clean, peaceful, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. It was truly one of the best cabins I’ve ever stayed in, and I would love to come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable getaway!

Definitely exceeded our expectations and I mean that from how easy it was to communicate with the owners to the house/property. What an excellent experience all around. We throughly enjoyed ourselves.

Place was great, relaxing watching the squirrels and deers every morning and evening was great way to see nature coming from the DFW area. Miss the country living. Owners communication was perfect quick with response. First time taking fur baby place was perfect for him and safety. Really hated to leave.

We enjoyed the beautiful cabin Communication with host was on point. Everything was as advertised Plus Necessities for cooking were well provided wich was a pleasant surprise I would book a Cabin with this host anytime No complaints from the keith family

Beautiful cabin and such a relaxing stay! We loved the peaceful setting and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind. Everything was clean, cozy, stylish and exactly what we hoped for. Highly recommend!

The cabin was perfect and exactly as expected, maybe even better! Clean, everything you could need was available, instructions for everything, and loved all the labels everywhere! There was nothing unexpected or confusing. Great communication with the owners as well, they promptly answered any and all questions we had! It also wasn't far at all from anything in Hochatown. Thank you for a wonderful stay for our baseball tournament! If and when we come back, we'll be checking the availability of this cabin for sure!

We absolutely loved our stay here! This was the cleanest and most well stocked cabin we have ever stayed at. The kitchen had a great variety of equipment for cooking. The rooms were clean with plenty of space and linens. The outdoor area was beautiful. The deck did need some maintenance on the back deck hand railing, but we were warned about it in advance. They will be repairing it soon. The hot tub was well maintained. My youngest son loved staying here because on the first day we had a tortoise visit us in the backyard along with a skink, massive stick bug and dung beetle. That made his year lol. Finally the location of this cabin could not be more perfect. It took five minutes or less to get to any entrance of the state park. Shopping and dining are so close too. Grateful head pizza is literally across the street from the street we turn down to go to the cabin. We will definitely come stay here again.

This cabin in broken bow was a wonderful stay! The hosts are so thoughtful and the house was beautiful. The amenities and location are great as well.
