This is a spacious private pool home in an exclusive gated resort. It is just minutes from Disney Parks and all that Central Florida has to offer! You can spend a day just relaxing poolside looking at all the wildlife as this property is adjacent to conservation land or you can get out and enjoy all of the parks that are just minutes away.
The house has a brand new state-of-the-art HVAC system with UV lighting to clean and filter the air for our guest's health and safety.
Every bedroom has a flat-screen smart TV, wireless internet, and a whole-house intercom system. There is a great room with a seating area, dining area, and spacious kitchen. There is a brand new theatre room with state-of-the-art surround sound and a 90" 8K TV for streaming all of your favorite shows.
With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, you can fit the whole family and be able to get everyone showered and out the door to get an early start at the parks. Every room has a ceiling fan for added climate control and airflow.
The King Master Suite has double sinks, a large soaking tub, a separate water closet, and a shower.
You'll want to spend as much time as possible outside enjoying our wonderful Florida climate! The patio features a private pool and spa plus outdoor seating and an outdoor kitchen. The spacious patio provides the perfect private place to relax and enjoy the tropical climate. Dave is a licensed electrician. Jill is a senior executive with a financial firm. They live in rural Massachusetts and they purchased this home so they could eventually move into it and retire and escape the cold. Every time they visit the house they make upgrades so it is constantly evolving.

We choose this home because it is private with a fabulous back yard view of conservation land. It is very spacious. It is close to the highway and shopping and provides easy access to area attractions. The gated community provides security as well as numerous amenities. It has nice sidewalks so it is a nice place to walk our dogs.

The clubhouse has a gigantic heated zero-entry pool. It has a state-of-the-art fitness facility. The game room includes pool tables, foosball, shuffleboard, and ping pong. There is also a spa, putting green, beach volleyball, playground, library, and function room.
The neighborhood is very dog-friendly and it is a great neighborhood to walk in.
The close proximity to the area parks makes it easy to fill your day with adventures.
